This story was very emotional. So heartbreaking what this family went through. But then to see his little brother eventually play football at Purdue was just so heartwarming and emotional to see. BOILER UP!!🖤💛

I followed his story - just like everyone else.
I saw what he was going thru and was blown away by it.
......and then - about a month after he died, I went to the ER on Saturday, February 16, 2019 because of excruciating pain in my right leg - something I had for 3.5 months. I got an MRI and around 8A on Monday, Feb 18, 2019, a doctor walked into my room and told me: I had Stage 4 Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma!
To say I was stunned would be an understatement.
I know all of what Tyler went thru because I did, too.
When he went to the game. I know how much pain he was in and how weak he was. How much he wanted to sleep.....and so many more brutal side effects that only cancer patients know.
I am lucky. I have been CANCER FREE since May 20, 2019.
I know Tyler is in a much better place knowing how much pain he was in.
Tyler - from all of your cancer family - you are missed!
