Congrats on the baby man I got 2 myself 4 year old boy and my little girl just turned 1 there just great for the most part 😂😂 great build and we will see you on the next vidya
It looked like someone had actually done the oil cooler not too long ago and those o-rings were the only two that I pulled off the engine that were still pliable. I was surprised I didn’t have more leaks with the way the rest of them came out!
Well your little one should be about 3 now. If you haven't seen or heard Cory Asbury's song "These are the days" you should watch his music video. Congrats on the family. We have a 3126E in our 2003 Newmar Dutch Star motorhome. Our 2 boys are 38 and 42. Thanks for posting.
Congratulations on the new edition to your family and hope they follow in your driveway dreams too.... god bless and enjoy them cause they grow too quick....
Getting pregnant is kinda a two person thing so just enjoy that you are shooting bullets instead of blanks. You one heck of a good learn on the job mechanic and I have shared your videos all over with all that are not just pig mash makers. I might even hit them too as they got to have friends. Very happy for the addition.
Yeah I just recently figured out how that works! As much as I love my kiddos but I think two is our number, we will probably be trading in our live rounds for blanks soon. Thank you for helping put my videos out there!
Yeah buddy! Finding copyright free music is a pain, it’s all the same repetitive electronic music so it’s nice to be able to have some real music to go with the video so thank you!
Congrats Drew..wishing you a healthy newborn..another lil Drew to add to the crew lol..make uncle J.C. proud😂..you'll get that gradeall yet lol. Best wishes to your new addition to the family..keep us updated bud..looking forward to knowing if it's a girl or a chris lol..gl
I NOTICED in the video with DEboss where you drove up to Canada for the video you had mentioned the cam follower seals were all leaking pretty badly ! Was that before you replaced the seals or had they already sprung leaks again ???
Thanks! That’s my plan! Get the engine painted while it’s out. As for a re-rate unfortunately my engine is at the top of it’s hp family rating so without spending a lot of money I wouldn’t be able to
I missed something when you did the oil cooler. Was the gasket between the dirty oil and clean oil on the cover intact or was it separated. That’s one of them problem areas that will feed dirty oil back to the HEUI and cause premature were and failure with the HEUI system. My 3126b has a few leaks, but does show like yours did. Mines a 2001 B Engine 300 hp. Hey man great vid. Will keep watching for sure as I’ll never will have that done to mine just because of cost at the service facility. Running a 2001 F650 Supercruizer as a tow vehicle for my Fifth Wheel Trailer. 117,000 miles.
My oil cooler gasket was in tact when I pulled it apart, looked like someone had replaced it not too long ago. I heard that these engines had that issue tho and that’s why I changed it out. Thanks for watching! Your F650 sounds sweet!
You might want to put loctite 580 retaining compound on the sleeve to crank. I've had it leak between the sleeve and crank on a 7.3 powerstroke. Not fun to pull the engine out again.
watch those old harmonic balancers...........eventually the fluid filled versions go 'hard' and dont balance..........they just wreck the engine. Loctite gasket maker for the win, great stuff, far better than silicone.
Mine has the rubber style dampener but have heard about cats issues with dampeners. Yeah I kinda like that loctite gasket maker! Just wish it wasn’t so expensive
I just had a brand new oil cooler and new 180cc stage one injectors and glow plugs installed on my 97 7.3 powerstroke. I was leaking 2.5 gallons in 5k. Now just small leaks but would be nice to have a dry engine
On the plus side, you don’t have to change your oil as often if your engine has enough leaks since your are constantly pouring in fresh oil! Lol but yeah nothing better than a leak free engine!
Not overly hard or complicated to do especially with the truck all disassembled. Just feels like they could have come up with something a little easier to maintain.
Lol yeah I saw that. “Too professional” lol I don’t know what the heck I’m doing. But it was still a super cool experience to have peg and the skid factory critique my truck! Thank you to anyone who voted for the truck! You guys are the real MVPs
My heel hurts from the warehouse floor so I wear my crocs waaay too much, mowing, working in the garage, walking in the house (damn I miss my carpeted floors)
They make a safety toe version?? Lol I probably shouldn’t wear them in the garage as much as I do, those holes are perfect for weld spatter and I have lots of melted socks to prove it. They are just so comfortable and easy!
Idk if other people are having the same problem but RUclips wont let your new video play, i can watch this one and any other video but not your newest one for some reason.
Yeah I have had a handful of comments saying that it won’t load. I’m not sure what to do, seems like most people are viewing it no problem and I tried it on a couple devices and different browsers and didn’t have any issues. Maybe try a different browser?
CONGRATS ON THE NEW ADDITION TO THE CAT CREW!!
Thank you! It won’t be long and he will be down there holding flashlights and grabbing wrenches for me!
Congrats on the new baby! Definitely saying a prayer for y’all!
Thank you!
Cute baby, congrats. I like the work you do on your own at home in the garage 👍
Thank you!
Congrats on the baby man I got 2 myself 4 year old boy and my little girl just turned 1 there just great for the most part 😂😂 great build and we will see you on the next vidya
My 7.3 oil cooler o rings fell apart as soon as I took them out just like yours haha. Gotta love owning a diesel in cold climates
It looked like someone had actually done the oil cooler not too long ago and those o-rings were the only two that I pulled off the engine that were still pliable. I was surprised I didn’t have more leaks with the way the rest of them came out!
Nice job! The family journey is the most important part, take your time now for bonding!
Enjoy the videos thanks
Congratulations on the new little one 😆👍🇺🇸

Great video mate and congratulations on the new addition to the family! 👍
Congrats, nice job👌
Woo!!! Happy birthday kid!!!
Don’t suppose you have a line on where a fella can obtain the same harmonic balancer, used? Mine took a dump today.
Congrats and good luck.
Thank you!
Hey thanks for this video. Helped me out
Glad it helped out!
Wooo, I knew we were getting a new vidya today!!! F "special" tools :)
Time well spent, nice. Congrats to you both :)
Thank you!
👍for the video, 👍for the new baby!
Hey just realized, used the songs! Awesome bud.. TY, great video yet again...

Thank you!
Congrats,another future wrench getter,lol
For sure! Lol thanks!
I wish your pickup won the Quarantine car show... But its way too beautiful
It would have been cool! But it’s no big deal! It was a fun and cool experience! If you voted for the truck thank you!
6:03 "way to much.... PERFECT!"

Good job 👍
I NOTICED in the video with DEboss where you drove up to Canada for the video you had mentioned the cam follower seals were all leaking pretty badly ! Was that before you replaced the seals or had they already sprung leaks again ???
The trip to Deboss garage was before I had replaced these gaskets. As far as I know no leaks yet!
Does this mean there will be a Crew Cab Cat in the future? congrats!
If only I could convince my wife! Jokes on her, she’s the one we’re leaving home when we take the truck out! Lol
Love it.. as always.. why not paint it when it’s accessible? And any plans to uprate it.?
Thanks! That’s my plan! Get the engine painted while it’s out. As for a re-rate unfortunately my engine is at the top of it’s hp family rating so without spending a lot of money I wouldn’t be able to
Does the rocker arm assembly have to be removed to take out the cam followers and the push rods? Thanks!
Yes all has to be removed. Push rods sit on the cam followers and if removed they will fall down into the engine.
@@DrEwBaBy625 Thanks. I thought that was the case. This thing has bad mission creep. The less I try to do the deeper in I get....lol
Congrats!
Well congratulations on the boy, I'm sure once you are back in the garage it will be 100% smooth sailing... a guy can dream I guess :)
Thanks! Yeah lol

Too late now lol but I’ll keep that in mind for next time
Congrats. You’ll be fine. I have 2yr old twins
Thanks! I can’t imagine having twins lol that’s got to be a handful!

what band was singing those songs? I liked the one about the F150 that looked like hell but had a little attitude. haha
His name is Josh Shaw. Links to the songs are in the description.
@@DrEwBaBy625 Thanks!
Grats!
What's the gap setting for the valves
I mention it in this video.

I find these bigg, smelly deezles fascinating.
Me too!

Crank flange bolt holes that open into the crankcase are among the dumbest things I've ever seen.
Yeah. Not much I can do about it lol
Eyes will be fine...
Number two on the way?
He’s already here. He was born Wednesday morning
👍
I can't figure out for the life of me why Ford didn't feel like they should box the frame of the F350 in 91
Weight and money saving! They riveted those plates to the top and bottom of the frame and said good enough!
DrewMan'sDriveway well I has lasted this long...
Check out the video by JPay Dirt on cat balancer's.
I will have to do that!
Congrats on the new family member !
Thanks you!
