Megan, Megan, Megan. i saw a post that said, Megan is the Coolest Person in the World and She doesn't even know it. I'm right there with you on that. Wonderful Sisters that Love!
@@frankboyd. Better than meeting Elvis or The Beatles, right? When I saw them at the MJF, you didn't have to pay a VIP ticket to meet them. They weren't as popular in those days. These days I'd be willing to pay the VIP ticket, if it isn't crazy expensive.
@@audiophileman7047 My son in law was surprised 😯 by how rea$onable it was. Signed poster right there, fancy vip neck thing, LPoe patch, and photo with them. As an ad once said Priceless. Didn't want to bother them in 2019 and regretted that.
@@frankboyd. What I remember about them when I met them is that they actually like to speak to their fans. Megan was reserved, but very nice. Rebecca was outgoing and definitely likes to talk. At least that was the way it was then. Doesn't it just feel like the complete concert experience when you meet the artists? After that nice meeting, I left and went over the the Monterey Wharf and had some seafood at a restaurant where my wife and I ate during our honeymoon decades ago. I love Monterey, so many great memories there, and Larkin Poe is one of them.
When people were stuck at home during the pandemic and searching YT, they discovered them, and people like us have been telling everyone we know about them. I still think that they should have a bigger presence on YT, but I realize touring is where the money is.

@@frankboyd. I'd like to believe that the cream rises to the top. It does, but not always. There are some truly great musicians I know of who make a lot of the "famous" musicians look like sh*t in comparison who are starving. You'd be surprised at how many really excellent street musicians there are. I doubt that LP will ever win a Grammy. They're too clean; too good; and too indie for the Grammys. Hendrix and The Doors never won Grammys during their day and there are many others.
@@frankboyd. I can see why. He's good. He doesn't play anything complicated, but he has a real feel for the blues and a good voice. Wonder if he's related to RL Burnside. RL is quite good. All Rebecca has to do is ask. I'm sure that Cedric would enjoy playing with LP.
Ladies are not only gorgeous, and so talented! Yes sir...
hail you sisters...thats what blues rock all about😁
God I love these two , no BS , just the Blues , excellent.

I LOVE IT
Seeing LP perform live in a video is a beautiful thing. It's even more beautiful in person. 👍👍👍
Totally agree. If you can manage the V.I.P. ticket, it's an experience to treasure.

Possibly even better than the original “official” version, which is going a fair piece..
Vancouver crowd also sang along with L. Poe. Kindred spirits are rising in numbers.
