Chibson James Hetfield Electra Flying V Copy Upgrade - No talking

A couple of before and after sound comparisons. A chap I know and have done work for in the past received James Hetfield's Messengers book as a gift, and subsequently bought a Chibson copy from ebay, and brought it to me to ramp it up a notch.
Things wrong with this.
Tuners were crap, would not stay still, ( nut was actually ok )
Some fret protruded from fretboard, some didn't make it to the edge.
Frets rocked back and forth in slots.
Frets were all over the place in terms of height.
Fretboard had been stained with something, that just lifted off after a brief wipe over.
Jack kept cutting out
Lot of buzzing - Selector switch not ground.
Not enough screws in scratchplate so when pulling jack out, was lifting from the body.
Bridge wouldn't intonate - screws and saddles just loose an floppy.
Tuning issue - Loose bridge post, didnt help with intonation either.
Crap sounding pickups.
The guitar is set neck, but to get the look they screwed a scratchplate on the back, but drilled and screwed into the neck pickup.
What I did:
Glue frets, level, crown, round fret ends and fingerboard edges, dress and polish.
New tuners, bridge and tailpiece ( taken from a Epi Les Paul LT ). Filled the loose hole.
Cavity shielding.
Install Gibson 60's ProBucker / Dimarzio Super distortion that the client gave me.
New electronics, 24mm pots, treble bleed, coil split with tone at 10, multi contact jack.
Additional screws to the scratchplate to firm it all down.
Made the headstock glue effect look and feel a bit more realistic, asit was orange magic marker originally.

Trialling a Zoom G5n Direct into Waveform. MS800 amp for clean + Dyn drive for crunch
Lightworks for video editing.
All tracks are first take, as quite frankly don't have the time to keep do retakes / overdubs
