    Turmeric powder - ¼ tbsp
    Coriander powder - ¾ tbsp
    Garam masala ½ tbsp or as per taste
    Chilly flakes
    Mint leaves
    Salt

    Hi everyone, today I am here with an easy and very delicious Ramadan snack recipe..
    First let’s prepare the masala for the snack and leave it aside to cool.
    To prepare the masala, heat some oil in a pan and sauté finely chopped onions, finely chopped ginger, green chilies and chopped capsicum until the capsicum and onion turn soft..
    Once the capsicum and onion turn soft, add a quarter tablespoon of turmeric powder and sauté until its raw smell goes away, next add ¾ tablespoon of coriander powder and sauté until its raw smell goes away as well..
    Make sure that there is enough oil for the spices to fry in the pan.
    Once the masala is ready, let it rest to cool.
    Next, grind half a KG of boneless chicken in a mixer grinder and transfer it into a bowl.
    In the same mixer grinder, add the prepared masala and grind it into a coarse paste, and add it to the ground chicken.
    Next, add half a tablespoon of garam masala or as per your taste and some chilli flakes as per your taste..
    Next, to the bowl add 3 tablespoons of roasted rice flour and mash the three boiled potatoes, some salt to taste and a few chopped mint leaves and add it to the same bowl and mix everything well to form a nice dough that doesn’t stick to your hand.
    You can add more rice flour, if required or if the dough doesn’t come together..
    Once the dough is ready, wash your hands and shape The dough into little fingers and fry it in oil on a medium to low flame so that the chicken can cook through..
    Once they turn golden brown on all the sites, remove it from the oil and they are ready to be served.
    The snack will taste the best with ketchup or garlic sauce.
