Ok this is definitely what I had the other day. Literally randomly hit me as I was driving home from work. Had no idea why my stomach was hurting so bad. Didn’t even make it home without vomiting while driving. Body was super weak the next day too. Could barely move. Glad that’s over. Only lasted about one day
