    Sir i think you are showing wrong depiction of linear region. Linaer region is actually the volatge range for which the output current is linear. SO linear region is the horizontal axis

    Can a 5-transistors OTA achieve a gain more than 1000 ?

      Single stage OTA is not capable for such huge gains, can go for 2 stage OTA for gain >1000
