    So basically, because no one group seems to be able to provide superior Analyses compared to the rest, government is obliged to hear all views , because the synthesis or eclectic bag of views governments can use require multiple groups, so as to find solutions to social problems that can't be solved by one group.
    The interdependence of all groups require all voices to be heard and comprehended to solve problems.

      Most people are biased and even if X-belief is selected it becomes the dominant one and adherents to it will dogmatically cling to it in spite of the fact that X-belief may be invalid.
