Much appreciated. Having a visual video helps with learning the stitch for me. Simple explanation, counting out each stitch, and showing what the row should look like.
I love loved loved this tutorial. This was the EASIEST Chevron tutorial yet. Clear voice..instructions. Awesome. This will be my go to pattern for this stitch. Thank you so much!!!
Thanks for showing me how to do this as you make it looks so easy plus I luv the colour of your crouching hook and your nails look absolutely beautiful 🧶🧶🧶🙂🙂🙂
Thank you for doing your video like you did. I'm going to change 32 stitches or whatever amount you said and then you just did it so many people just go one two three and it is so boring for any one who can make a chain. Also you are so good at showing [for the beginner where your next st is going]. Thank you again l am a long time crocheter but l find very few tutorials & crafters like you that really know how to show their work.💖💖 l will continue to follow your work.
Loved your pattern. Exactly what I needed to tech our 9 yr who has been crocheting for 3 yrs. Your instructions and voice was very clear. I did subscribe! THANK YOU!
Beginninf a row: 2 single crochets 1 single crochet the next 4 sticthes Skip two to make the little dibbit 1 single crochet the next 4 sticthes 3 single chrochets in the peak stitch 1 single crochet to make the dib 4 going up and 3 at the top End w 2 single crochets Hope it is okay I write this as I suffer with memory loss
2 sc in the first stitch 1 sc in the next 4 stitches Skipping 2 stitches 1sc in the next 4 stitches 3 sc in the next stitch 1 sc in the next 4 stitches
would you mind helping me out ? I need to use stitch markers for the valley/peaks to be able to do this pattern, where do I place them, in the first. middle or last st that starts the Valley/Peak to know that when I get to the marker that it is the first of the 3.
Your starting chain must be divisible by 11, and then you add 2 (one chain to make sure you always end on an increase, and one chain to turn your piece without decreasing by a stitch). If I wanted to make a pattern with a minimum of 200 stitches (let’s say a purse strap) I would need 209 stitches plus 2. Because the pattern repeats every 11 stitches, but the chained stitch is functioning as the 3rd single crochet when she puts 3 single crochets into a single stitch (like and increase). Or at least I think this is how you would do it - I’m about to test it out and was trying to figure out how many stitches I would need. Please feel free to correct me 😅
How do you keep the peaks in the same place and the valleys in the same place as your appears. If you add two at the end and then two when you start every row is offset from the row before. Yes the count is right but the stitch you put three and the stitch’s you skip are not on top of one another. That why I have never understood this technique yo
So i made mine longer i did 165 + 2 and i ended with the top point of 3 i cant turn my work and do the 2 in one then 4 sc and skip 2 what do i do? Do i just sc til i get to the point and sc 3 ?
When I make basic chain of 33 + 2 and when I finish first row I need one more chain for the end of the row. Where I am wrong? I dont know where I am wrong.
so when you finish the row you need one more to finish the row? thats exactly how its supposed to be she said at the end in your last chan you need to add 2 single crochets into that one chain

My problem always is the ends veering off they are never straight.
My enda on the zigzag stitch always come out cracked how can I fix this
Mine 2 need advice on how to make it straight
You said start in the 2nd chain from the hook, but then you started in the 1st chain from the hook???
She definitely started in the second chain, its just hard to see bc of tension. Remember she did say add 2 extra chains for the foundation chain
I was thinking the same thing I watched 3 times. And then came to comments to see if someone saw same as I did.
Thank you for the clear instructions!!
Thank u u made it look so much easier then I thought

What size hook are you using

Is it possible to make it wider the further out you get, i am thinking about making a skirt but it needs to get wider the longer it gets
So i made mine longer i did 165 + 2 and i ended with the top point of 3 i cant turn my work and do the 2 in one then 4 sc and skip 2 what do i do? Do i just sc til i get to the point and sc 3 ?
Idk what im doing wrong but i cant seem to get the psrt where you skip 2 to line up on the second row im so frustrated!
What size throw will this make?
On width, What is a good number of Peaks to make for baby blanket?
Thank you. The math is actually so confusing to figure out. I wonder what happens if you don't increase at the start and end of the row 🤔
