There's a lot of pokemon RSE covers and they are all good.
But this?
This created a tear.
Played beautifully, had the sad undertone that is most prevalent in the ending credits covering this tune, but kept on full display, no fancy over complicating chords or trying to show off.
Kept it simple, but refined to a point.

I won't lie I choked up hearing this. It sent me back to when I was a kid with my game boy under the covers playing Pokémon. That was 15 years ago. This tune is incredible.
