Welcome, today we are on the road with Manni and Hermann. Manni has a big project in mind. This almost 300 m² roof is to be completely re-covered. Hermann helps him with this. Hermann is my foreman. Without him I wouldn't have tackled this. It should start with the demolition of the old roof tiles. The bricks are supposed to slide onto his tractor trailer. Manni works his way up the roof and Herman is supposed to take the tiles on the trailer. Hermann has tips for his boss right from the start. Manni, take them all away! I do not want to! I do not want to! We thought it up well. That we built such a slide that they slide straight onto the trailer. Because we can't quite get to the roof with the trailer. Because the flower bed is still there and the tractor with its turning circle does not quite come to the wall. We could have stood there with ten men, but then it would have taken us two years. When I moved in, I immediately expanded the shed above so that the owls can continue to live there. The roof tiles can be thrown down relatively easily at the side. Hermann wants to shorten the slats on the gable. However, he is too lazy to get the circular saw himself. That's why Claudia should bring the saw up on the scaffolding. Manni doesn't like that at all. Claudia, can you do me a favor? Bring the cordless circular saw up here. No she doesn't! She doesn't need that! Hermann what's the point Then please wait! Why are you chasing them up on the scaffolding now? I really don't get it! I don't think that's okay if my wife is involved in the roof extension. But you don't have to blow them up after all! It doesn't have to be! Really! She has other things to do. Take care of the delicious lunch. Cut off the battens at the roof overhang. Then I had to go down myself. Yeah, I didn't quite emphasize it. Now the old battens have to go down. Now you can run nicely here because I've done a lot of preparatory work. But Hermann is just standing in the way again. Then clean up and then we start at the bottom, roll out the sheets and hit the bar on this. Then you hit a counter batten again so you can walk on it. And that's it. Manni's mind is as good as finished, but there is still a long way to go. Herman is only interested in driving a wheel loader and then parks it on Manni's lawn. Hermann prefers to sit around on some kind of device. Be it excavators, tractors, wheel loaders. Working with hand and foot is a bit difficult for him. He prefers to sit on a seat. It's great how you parked the wheel loader there. Really good! I've cleared the way. It stood on the pavement well before. You drive me across the lawn three times. You chase everything down for me. He always leaves so many tracks in my lawn because he always gurgles so much. Wheel loaders and tractors have different tires than a car. And then I always have the pattern in there. And of course I don't really want that. The lawn is hard enough that you don't even notice. Yes, Hermann, I know that.
