Tried them all except Gianchand.. i felt That Paul John Bold and the christmas editions are way better than px, oloroso, kanya and mithuna for the price they come at… Paul John needs to revisit pricing a little for thier crafted expressions. Solan gold is clearly avoidable.. Respect to Amrit for being first movers but they are losing the plot after fusion and amalgam.. rampur has always been snobbish, expensive and slightly underwhelming.. Indri has great nose.. pretty close to Mccallan 12 Double Cask but taste gets somewhat spoilt due to bitter tanins and in general the ageing limitation makes all our Indian stuff taste and smell slightly raw/undercooked.. somewhat cardboardish.. i guess you should try Kamet.. i found it to be the best of all especially at the price point it comes at.

Indian single malts are much more costly than scotch single malts so why would one go for it? One indian single malt is' three monkeys' from goa....much more reasonably priced.than all the ones you discussed

These are our top picks of Indian Single Malts. No where in the video we have discussed a malt within a specific price category. Plus taste is subjective.
