I travelled to Antarctica on an expedition holiday, we were all given bright orange jackets to wear on the isolated trips to shore where the only company was 🐧 🐧 🐧, 🦭 🦭 🦭 and loads of 🦅 🦢 🦅. We weren't expected to wear them when we visited the 2 towns we stopped at..Port Stanley and Ushuaia.
I think I would enjoy Alaska very much. Thank you for sharing your adventures xx

Feel better Karen. I'm in Delaware USA & we've had it twice..in late 2020 and about a0 year ago. Hope your symptoms are minimal .I lost my taste buds for a while and then things I loved I couldn't consume..coffee..chocolate. peanut butter..strange..but it came bk.it also caused high blood pressure briefly & made my sugar spike and I'm not diabetic. Everything returned to normal thankfully

@@mimi0424 hi Michelle, feeling a little better today. Am on antiviral therapy as I am already lesser abled. Am hoping for not much more affecting me longer term than maybe extra fatigue. I hope I have no longer term issues like aversion to chocolate. That would be bad news for me. Have barely eaten all week but am craving salty foods even more than normal. Keep safe. I am in Melbourne Australia.

@@karenbaker5800 glad to hear your on the mend. Not everyone gets weird things. But I was one & it freaked me out lol. Chocolate is coming back. It depends on the brand. Lol. Same w coffee. I ❤️ it. I honestly have a little coffee w my creamer let's say lol my husband calls it blonde & sweet & it's actually true..after the creamer or milk is added w the sweetener (I use Splenda or Stevia) is resembles blonde hair lol. Good Morning Mark, Lauren and boys. I really enjoy watching your adventures. The glacier and scenery are beyond beautiful. I love that the boys are always doing and trying fun things, and congratulations on earning their Junior Ranger Badges. I remember when I was a kid earning a badge and certificate for completing a summer program for Junior Law Enforcement. My son was a member of the Civil Air Patrol when he was younger. Good times. Sorry Mark couldn't make it, but that's how things go sometimes. It's so nice that you stay in touch while you're away. Something we do as well. Too bad we can't do the same for our FurBabies when we're away, but the abundance of headbutts, wigglebutts, meows and loving barks upon our return makes up for it. Luna is so cute coming to welcome you home. She reminds me of our Esther whom we lost a few years ago, 2019. Keep making adventures no matter how big or small. Have many a blessed day ahead ❤️
    Answer to your question:
In Chatham VA (Danville), an ear of fresh corn on the cob is $0.50 each ear. It's yummy and I have some in my fridge waiting to be eaten.
BTW, a gallon of whole milk is $3.96, and a gallon of gas is $3.38... seeing the prices in Alaska is shocking 😳

You and your boys are quite the artists. I love all of you and your boys rocks. What a treat that would be to find one. I know if I found one I would cherish it and find an amazing place to show it off. I bet people would buy them that's how well I think you all do. I know I would buy some.

Hi Lauren, I love this video!! Thanks for sharing. It was so sweet seeing your dad riding the bike & the hobo dinner look good too. The best part of this trip is all the memories for you & your kiddos that you’ve made with everyone specially with the grandparents. Have a wonderful week 💜

My Dad is great! He is constantly helping everyone around us at the camp sight. If you can't find him, he is usually a camp sight away helping someone with their motor home! It really is all about making memories. I enjoy just being in the moment when we are at Seward. Thanks for watching, I hope you have a wonderful week!

Hi guys, good to see Seward again, you had better weather! We camped up by Moose Pass. Back in August 1989 you could walk up to the face if Exit Glacier and Portage Glacier lake was full of ice! Good to see boys being boys! You didn't show the Seward Jail! Cheers.

Thanks for sharing! It's been fun watching. I was shocked at the price of milk there. It's actually cheaper than milk in Pennsylvania. It was $5.09 on Sunday when I went to buy some.

Totally enjoyed these videos. Milk where I live is 3.79 so 4.29 is not outrageous. Corn on the cob from a local grower is 6.00 for a bakers dozen. Best store prices is 2 for 1.00, but it is not nearly as good.

Hi guys, cool fun going on....I found it interesting that your diesel is more expensive than your gas. Over here in NZ it's the opposite, but I guess as you have to also purchase road user kms if you use diesel it may work out the same? During the summer here in NZ the corn is usually around 5 for $2.00/$3.00 but I'm dreading to think what it's going to be this summer.....how much more expensive will things be in December.... ?

I love watching your videos! You have such a beautiful family. I’m always shocked on your prices on food! 4/5$ on the corn on the Cobb is crazy…I live in Louisiana and it’s 4/1$ here. Our gas right now is 3.79.

I love your vlogs. You capture so much beauty that ppl around the world can see. That may not see in person. I ❤️ that you share your family with us recipes & all kinds of ideas ...the tin foil meals Dad made lok delicious and such a great low cost idea!!! That cake/cobbler looking dish looked amazing! I would have never known you would be able to do that! Can't wait for the next vlog! Oh YT is deleting comments..from other channels..Why idk? Even if they are short and sweet comments. So just incase some1 thinks you erased it personally...no way. It's weird. But I only really watch a few people faithfully...and I have seen it on several thx for sharing Lauren!! Xoxo
PS tell Everett I recently tried PButter on my Pancakes just a bit & it was delicious delicious..no syrup needed ..also may think this is gross but a grilled/campfire hot dog 🌭 w a tiny bit of just peanut butter is delicious! I thought my friend was crazy..then tried it. I like mine slightly charred/burnt..makes them better.
