Yeah, every state is different. It depends. You have to really be up on your law in certain States on what the driver is required to do by law. In California they probably have it that you must identify yourself with a valid driver's license if they ask you. Other states not so much
What they like to do is have Observers back in the areas where people see what's happening, and they try to stop and turn around and stuff. Those are why you see all those other cops on the motorcycles and stuff ready to go get these people who try to avoid it and turn around. Obviously, a big-time money-making scheme. Yes, You could argue that it's a good thing they're just trying to keep those 5 or 10 who might be a little tipsy from driving and maybe saving an accident somewhere. But this is just an obvious trap and they're always watching way back before you even get to the cones and stuff
Unfortunately the light bulb had a small amount of fentanyl which sent 3 officers to the hospital. 2 retired on disability and 1 won't be back from the Bahamas for another month. They did manage to shoot the light bulbs dog but unfortunately the light bulb was not able to be replaced.
Was this on Torrance Blvd?
Yes.
👀👍👍
Do you have to show your license ???
I think you do.

How many cops does it take to change a light bulb?

Incredibly inefficient misuse of resources.
