    Very nice demonstration and looks delicious, although it looks more like a French toast casserole to me, rather than a bread pudding. 4 eggs and 2 cups of Cream/Milk is not enough to make a true custard. I make it following food network chef Ina Garden, the recipe calls for 8 egg yokes, 3 whole eggs, and 5 cups of half and half, plus of course cup and half sugar, Vanilla. Pineapple tidbits and raisins (1/2 cup each) are place under the top layer of Croissants. Thanks for sharing your version

    Did not show the addition of butter, and it disappeared in an abrupt edit. Furthermore, why on earth would you use a whole stick of butter when you already have butter-rich croissants? Is this dessert intended to kill its eaters? She also didn't say how long to bake it or at what temperature.
