Thanks for the video. I am new on the game, Miraidon is my first deck and I was worried about having to change my deck completely in the next rotation. I'll try this deck.
I think Miraidon Regieleki will be the play post rotation. But I think my build isnt fully optimized yet. Maximum Belt might be the ace spec of choice with a 3/3 Regieleki line so with 2 Eleki and max belt you can OHKO a Charizard VMax
Honestly this list -Zeraora +Zapdos from Pokemon GO is probably my favorite Miraidon list rn. Limitless is a great resource for decklists to reference for deckbuilding. play.limitlesstcg.com/tournament/65ecaa5d10d62105b54611d2/player/chromaa/decklist
I have heard so many people say that this deck will be garbage post rotation and I couldn’t disagree more. I started playing my own post rotation version at the start of the year at my local tournaments and for me it doesn’t play any different, but I never found myself needing flaaffy and just had it in my deck as a safety net. Now that I don’t have the safety net, I haven’t found myself even noticing it’s gone.
@@pkmnsafri27 I'd rather use Eleki for damage output now because Flaaffy is rotating out, it's harder to streamline enough energy for raichu v to do enough damage consistently without flaaffy.
What do you do against mimikyu and aegislash, had this problem already twice, added basics not ex or V, cause VMAX build is one thing but ko is already 3 cards
Can anyone explain to me why there are 3 Regieleki Vmax's in the deck list in the description? 😅 In the video, I think there is an additional trainer card instead of it
Hi OnGaard. Thanks for the list. How would you edit the deck to handle mimikyu(the one immune to ex/v pokemon). I'm relatively new and some oppenents I just use boss's orders to switch it out. But just faced an oppenent who was smart enough to just leave mimikyu out, no other benched pokemon. Should I try adding a non v/ex version of Regieleki for such matchups?
Yes, as mentioned in the video, we're putting prime catcher in in place of that. However my current build has a 3/3 Eleki Vmax and Maximum Belt instead. With 2 switch cart.
Not enough energy acceleration imo. If your opponent knocks out your active Raikou turn one or 2, you are going to scramble to get all the energy in place to return knockout
I have since updated the list, it now has 2 exp share and a zapdos over the bravery charms. Keep in mind this is basically prepping the deck for post rotation.
@@ongaardive been running miraidon still and have had no trouble against any decks. Tbh i would argue its potentially the best deck around rn. I run 2 zapdos over regieleki v, gets the numbers where they need to be. Miraidon slapping for 230 shuts down alot of decks(iron hands/tina/etc). My toughest matches still end up being charizard for some reason but its prob 50/50. I dont think rotation has affected it at all
@@mxt7407 Honestly I think its in way better of a spot than people realize rn. But I definitely think Zard played by a good Zard player is way worse than a 50/50. And it being 20% of the meta is a problem for the deck.
I feel raichu v isnt as good post rotation with no flaaffy to set it up. I definitely want 3rd eleki vmax. and I also want a pogo zapdos. still work to be done on the list.

I love Regieleki . It was my second deck and i won many of my locals with it !
I came 2nd at a challenge with it last season, I love the eleki build.
I like the list, I would just swtich Escape Rope with Prime Catcher in my opinion but you already have the same idea.
yeah prime catcher is an easy slot in next set. especially considering you can target down squawk or lumineon with hands like that much easier.

Yeah exp share is enough to keep the deck alive for sure.
Raichu v is no more? In this deck or could be an aditional option?

Mew ex can copy any active Pokemon atk i think it works
I have since added a zapdos from Pokemon GO
Mew ex also works here

Ngl, I have no idea why it did that.
Its meant to be super rod
Have you thought about putting arceus v in your deck? I’m trying it out and can be good for quickly boosting up v pokemon on the bench
you'd need to get DTE on it turn 1 for it to be worth it. It's better to just go for generators into a quick KO

I would just add a zapdos from Pokemon GO to beat the mimikyu. That should fix that issue.
you could probably either cut the double turbo energy or an electric energy. or remove the bravery charms, add a second exp share and add the zapdos.
@@ongaard thanks for the replies!

When does Flaffy rotate out
April 5th
I would definetly add zeraora against mimikyu
I'm currently playing pogo zapdos. Helps for hitting that 230 number turn 1 too.

100% add 1-1 regi and vmax
Drop 1 boss order
