Hi I have a quick question ! My Gixxer has hicups in the rpm at around 3000-4000 rpm . Also the bike gives jerk while down throttling the acceleration . The jerk is maximum at 2,3,4 gear . Why is it so ? Any solution would be great help !

It depends on which type of screw u hav on ur carb..if its air screw(usually located towards the air intake end of the carb), opening it (anticlockwise) will make the mixture leaner ie more air and less fuel.if its fuel screw (usually located near the engine side of the carb) opening it (anticlockwise) will make the mixture richer..in this case its a fuel screw.

you changed the air filter to high flow K&N filter, means you need to let more fuel to mix with the high volume of air right ? what about if you change the racing CDI or ECU (more sparks i'd think), do you need to let more fuel too ?

same problem.... hiccup at high rpm... I dont know the reason is it curent line.. or carburetor

the original jets are 12.5 and 135, my problems was resolver with 15 an 127.5
my gixxer setting is 2 turn left but i am getting only 46 mileage after 10000 kms on odo.please tell me how to increase mileage
Your mileage is enough for city or city+highway. You won't get more than that.
Is that a 2 stroke? Because 4 stroke clockwise is rich not lean

Manoj is your bike gixxer?
Anticlock in gixxer should give lower mileage since its a richer mixture.
Leaner mixture will cause you engine to run hot decreasing the lifetime of your engine. Keep it at stock settings.
