Sir, my bike, it's not moving freely in neutral. Breakshoe is free, but still hard to push and not moving freely even in downward.

Brother, I hav a suzuki gixxer bike which is about nearly 5 yrs. But around 2 months my bike shows 18 km mileage only. Thn I changed my air filter, fuel filter, mobile and also clean the carbator of the fuel tank....But after all these It shows only 25 km mileage. Plz suggest me What should I do ? It's a honest query. So I hope you reply me. Thank you.
