Reach the sunshine is my favorite outro track I have heard in a while. despite how good the rest of the album is, that stood out in a way that felt significant
I think the reason why its so good and works well as an outro is that it feels like it could be an intro. Its sound is mysterious, leaves us with questions, and its climactic. I appreciate the risk this man took, it might not make big numbers but artistically speaking, this is the best album of 2023 so far
i want more guitar solos in music that's not metal or hard rock. every rap album needs a fire guitar solo
Lecrae's Gravity actually has one in the intro.
I enjoyed Nuthin 2 Prove a lot, favorite Yachty record prior (still like a bunch of tracks on that record) but this blew me away! The first track, that experience was my favorite listening experience in a long time 💜
The production is top tier but I can’t act like the singing is something I wanna hear often. I think Yachty is a very likeable person and that has a lot to do with the hype. I just wonder if the novelty will wear off if he continues to go down this path. I definitely respect the album and had a great time listening tho
I wish he would just learn to sing
Its something new, so everyone is more respectable on his voice because he hasnt been singing until know, but i have big hopes in him.
@@prestbeat8481 yeah you do need to practice singing a lot to get good at it, most people are not naturals. If he gets better I’d really like to hear it. The voice is good but he’s got no control over it
there was no need for Yachty to go so hard with this album. it’s just crazy to think I would like a lil yachty album in 2023
This album reminds me of kerosene! by yves tumor especially with the diana gordon features
Mr Raisin has apparently worked on Yves Tumor's music
Haven't watched this video yet
But as someone who loved Lil Boat, and nothing he's released since (except the Joji feature)
I gotta listen to this album
Honestly glad to see yachty get this amount of love since 2016 and Poland.
