As a mantis main, ( Centurion + I have 2.5k assists + 65 is my best in one match on her ) she;s great... IF the team does something. Otherwise, everyone and I mean EVERYONE will dive into you. No matter how many times you think you can put people to sleep, it's not enough with that 250-270 health. + Luna, Jeff, Cloak and the other healers can beat you on healing because she heals overtime not automatically or fast enough. Won't work if people are already low so they will blame you for "not healing enough". I can barely win any games using her ( Maybe I'm just bad I don't know ) because my other teammates would just stand there or rush in places I can't heal them causing both of us to be eliminated.
She's literally the best support in the game. She can deal a lot of damage, her utility is crazy and healing is very good as well - even tho it's over time, it all adds up and most importantly it doesn't require you to actively heal someone and have LOS on them. Just make sure you're pairing her with Luna, C&D or Adam.

I'm assuming you're one of those DPS players who run around the map contributing little to nothing to the team and can't even accomplish one job - To eliminate while Tanks + Healers struggle and do your job. I also play Tank and a few DPS characters but always end up playing Tank / Strat
@@wojciechszatko Actually.. I think C&D + Luna beats her in BOTH Healing + DPS. After playing Mantis for a while now, there's definitely counters to her. IF you miss that sleep ability, you will have to wait like 13-15 seconds for it to come back. That's a crucial thing when you're in chaotic fights with little to no support. Don't get me wrong.. You can listen to ALL of these tier lists that puts Mantis as "S Tier" but you have to REMEMBER that these players are the TOP of the TOP - Meaning, these are people with experience and can aim. Try playing Mantis on a LOSING team where your teammates run around the map, they are constantly getting eliminated without doing any damage, etc.. It's not going to go well. At all.
