    I have already modded this case which made it into an inverted build. The AIO is now top mounted.
    Photos of my inverted build can be seen here: facebook.com/SoundFisher
    This is what I exactly did but I only drilled one hole and minus the modification that he did on the nub at the front side. It may look a lot of work but honestly it's not, just took me an hour to do the full modification. ruclips.net/video/0KTUlMRm_So/видео.html

    I just made a similar build setup in the case but it can't stay cool without high and loud rpms and the space between the glass and the gpu fans is to tight so not good enough air flow gets to gpu and its being cooled from the hot radiator air intake from the bottom so even though I really wanted to do this it simply isn't good enough for cooling and will be switching to air cooled build

    Overall, very beautiful build, love the m-itx small formfactor really well done on the build! But the way that u have oriented the pump and rad makes it so that any potential air-bubbles are going to accumulate in the cpu-block (where the pump is located), which can hurt the longevity of the cooler. I think for this cooling setup something like the "be quiet! pure loop" would be better since the pump is located closer to the rad and therefore further down in the loop, which will illiminate the risk of any air getting in the pump. Ofc i don't have the system with me and it might work just fine as is. Just a few thoughts i had on your build.

    • @SoundFisher
      @SoundFisher  3 года назад +5

      Hi, thanks for your input. I'm actually aware of the effects of having the radiator oriented that way so I made a modification on this build by making it inverted. The radiator is now top mounted. 😊

    Nice build and i'm looking to build in that case the next time i buy a new motherboard, and it also seems like other people have already pointed out your AIO rad being at the bottom is not a good thing for it, and the other thing, putting a glass panel where the GPU is choked af will not only make the GPU run very hot but also make it throttle and run slower, and i see from one of your replies that it reaches to 80c which imo isn't a good temp on a pc, especially when the case has the option for a mesh panel for better airflow, imo you should really sacrifice the GPU showcase in order to make it cooler.

    • @SoundFisher
      @SoundFisher  3 года назад

      Hi, thanks for the concern but I have already changed the orientation of this build. Modded this into an inverted case so the AIO is already on top and as for the GPU glass, it isn't really choked. It's just that in the video it may look too close to the glass panel but it isn't in person. Also changed the fans into a cooler master SF120M fans so the GPU runs cooler now. I don't really recommend using the fans that came with this case since they're a low rpm fans.

  • @temporaltomato3021

    I'm sure this system performs like a beast. If it were my personal system though, I'd be annoyed by:
    The water cooling orientation that would have poor flow inside the CPU block and reduce the lifespan of the cooler (you addressed this in a comment),
    The glass panel limiting GPU airflow while also not helping show the LCD which is pointed upward.

    I'm running pretty much the same setup and have both my GPU and CPU overclocked, the CPU runs perfectly fine but I'm finding the GPU running hotter than I'd like... what GPU temps are you getting and are you running any OC on it?

    • @SoundFisher
      @SoundFisher  3 года назад +1

      GPU hits around 74-80c on full load. OC at +100 core clock +300 mem clock. It's a little toasty so I did a mod on the case and made it to inverted case so I can have the radiator mounted on top.

    • @ProTroy_

      @@SoundFisher I'm getting around 82/83 on full load after like 30/45 mins but I'm running a +160 core and +450 on mem so that's definitely why but I love getting every little bit of performance I can. I was thinking about undervolting my gpu as I saw a video and it looks promising. I did see a video on that inverted mod I might take a look at that, thanks

    • @SoundFisher
      @SoundFisher  3 года назад +1

      @@ProTroy_ I just made mine inverted and added a 92mm Noctua fan at the rear as exhaust. Temps are a lot better now with the rad top mounted with intake fans then bottom fans are set to exhaust so the heat from the GPU and CPU exits the case much faster.
      I'm getting 68-72C for CPU and 60-70C for GPU now at full load, all with same OCs for both GPU and CPU. The mod was really worth it.

    • @ProTroy_

      @@ProTroy_ a 92mm fan fits perfectly on top of the vertical GPU but you can only screw down both bottom part of the fan as the top part doesn't align to any holes but it is still secured. I could take a picture of it if you want and send it to your email. Just let me know.

      @michaelcarson8375 3 года назад +1

      @@SoundFisher Too bad you didn't make a short video on that final result as the radiator being on the bottom bothered me so much. Not just because of the pump life, but also because you were exhausting hot air into the GPU.
