I'm amazed at how few customers are in the Costco store you make your videos. All our Costco's in the DFW area are so crowded from opening to closing every day. I only shop there when they open so I can get in/out as quickly as possible. Thank you for your videos so I can learn what products I may miss as I sprint through the store. Have a wonderful day y'all!
Also, Harmless Harvest and organic medjool dates are a good deal there. One Degree sprouted oats and Thai organic coconut milk that may be store in mason jars when and for easier use to make overnight oats may be a plus as well.
I wish they had Go Raw sunflower seeds. They have a whole line of cereal, etc. I get the sunflower seeds at my co-op but Vitacost sells it as well. I mix them with raw or sprouted unsalted sunflower seeds. You can do the same with the pumpkin seeds-mix it with raw or sprouted unsalted…
Thanks so much Bob for all your suggestions and all your hard work every time mom in the grocery store and I’m using your app I tell everybody to download it and then it’s free. It’s a great tool. Have a great day.
LOVE the Asago Castelventrano Green olives you recommended. All other olives taste WAAAYYY over processed now and I cannot eat them. Also love the American lamb steaks from Wal Mart, Unreal bars, Amylou chicken sausage. We have learned so much and tried so much - all healthier thanks to you. Great job educating us and looking out for us!
Playing Costco "sample person"? I wish I had known about the sauerkraut! I just made a big batch and it was very time consuming. Oh well. Very good source of vitamin C

Scrub Daddy’s are the best. My only scrubber. I have been buying them since they first appeared on the market. This deal at Costco is amazing. They were on sale a week or so ago and I stocked up. Funny that a week or so before that I paid full price for two. I was so happy to see them in Costco.
9:11 I have gone to the "Scrub Daddy" pads. After 40+ years of using "SOS Tuffy Pads," they changed how they're made (went to CHY-NAH) and mad inferior pads ... saying "some of our customers prefer a pad with thinner material" (yeah, right). Now of course, they've gone out of business. So, Scrub Daddy it is.
Do your kids a favor! Turn those pumpkin seeds into seed butter! Roast for 8 minutes at 350 let cool for a few minutes and blend in vitamix until it’s a peanut butter texture! So much easier to get small children’s to eat it that way!

Just left costco. Got the pumpkin seeds, sauerkraut, vital peptides collagen($9 off), pistachios , walnuts, and other fruits and veggies. Couldn't find sprouted rolled oats😢

Hey Bobby, I just came across an article about Shake Shack testing “sugarcane oil” for their fries. What’s your knowledge about the oil? Just as inflammatory?
That is a Fantastic Bobby Video! Who in their right mind would down 40 to 50 teaspoons of sugar like that! Wtfudge! Like Bobby said, if America is running on this we're FUDGED!!!!!
Also I went to Costco today and was scanning with the Bobby Approved app - I got those Capello's Raviolis - yum yum - didn't see the Raos - I wish Costco had better produce - I missed the lamb but I will get it soon
The thought that a baby lamb was killed just so I could have a few minutes of a certain taste in my mouth makes me ill. I do buy the wonderful sauerkraut and pumpkin seeds frequently. Those are wonderful both for taste and health. Louise j
Less than a month ago I scanned the chocolate covered figs with the app and it came up NOT approved because of cane sugar. Now it’s approved. The Simple Mills chocolate chip cookies scanned approved for years, suddenly not approved because of cane sugar. Ingredients never changed. It’s a tiny amount of cane sugar in the chips. I hate the inconsistency with the app
Well, it's like Bobby said in this video, something about living in the real world, and not being able to avoid sugar 24/7/365. We don't need Bobby, or anyone, to tell us sugar is inflammatory, deleterious to our health, Bad for us, addictive, etc... but the 1gr of sugar from the fig truffles, hey, I'll take that! The 50 teaspoons from a StarSugarBuck cwaffee, No Thanks!!!
