Thanks for another great video! We're all susceptible to car gremlins especially on old cars that are driven hard. I love watching the road course action but I was on the edge the whole time thinking about the need for a roll cage. Glad the Mustang has a full cage. Thanks for the video. I know these take a long time to make but folks like me really appreciate it
AutoXandTrack Ha! I thought I’d buy a cheap mustang, do nothing to it and just get some seat time...it’s nice to dream, haha! Tracking down last minute parts is stressing me out this week!
Perseverance with a great attitude. Glad you got the door issues sorted and managed to put together a string of good runs. Great finish overall considering the circumstances. Look forward to seeing you at then next NMCA event whenever that might be.
I'm glad it all worked out. And you are right, so often little seemingly innocent changes in design sneak in and cause all kinds of odd gremlins. Saw your video on the motor build. Looking forward to seeing the car moving under it's own power!

Thanks for the positive feedback! 👍🏻
Last time I went 140 mph, I was in my 67 Buick Electra trying to flee a hoodlum that pointed a pistol at me on the freeway. It worked.
Great job! Can't wait for my first track day this weekend!
You are going to love it! Though, your wallet may never be the same...

Thanks Brian. Grapevine told me last night the June NMCA is a go!
@@AutoXandTrack That is fantastic news!
At least you could figure out why the OEM replacement door latch didn't work. It's always the small details that seem to be altered or missed.

@@AutoXandTrack Me too on the V6 engine. I'm keeping my fingers crossed for no leaks. I despise cork gaskets on anything.
Always enjoyable ! Thanks for posting !
Thanks Greg!
How do they let you run on the big course with no cage? Wicked Camaro definitely a car and guy I would like to meet one day!
Thanks. Almost time trials and track day organizers don’t require a cage as it’s not wheel to wheel. I’d like to put in a roll bar.
When was the event?
