As a young woman who understands how women think (and who is disgusted by it), I have one piece of advice for men - please, don't be with women who have OF or do anything similar, and if you can, avoid giving them any attention. No matter what you get in return, it’s never *only yours*. You deserve so much more than that. Apart from being an acceptable type of cheating, 99% of women think it is their success and career. If you show your desire for a monogamous relationship and concern about what she is doing, she will make you feel bad because she has to choose between you and her 'successful career' as a sex worker. @@zaraahmedov3456 I think that should be determined between the two people in the relationship. But there is an important difference between porn of someone you have no relationship with and any kind of relationship with a real person.
And it's become much more obvious how modern technology is destroying the structural boundaries of our world, creating all kinds of confusing Frankenstein grey area. I think for my relationship, I would aim to do anything that strengthens our unique personal bond and loyalty to each other. I don't find porn is adding anything genuinely positive to a person's life, it may be a coping mechanism for some men.
But I don't indulge in junk food myself, mostly, and find I can experience the depth, richness, meaning within life much more. So beyond your direct question, I think many people would find more purpose and deeper meaning if they leave behind materialism and aim for minimalism instead. Too many modern people are drowning in stuff; they treat both stuff and other people as replaceable. I believe that plays a major role in these modern romantic relationship problems.

A romantic relationship does not have to be private and exclusive. Society indoctrinates us starting when we're children into accepting monogamy and only monogamy as the model for relationships. There are many people in successful polygamous, polyamorous, swinger, and general non-monogamous relationships.

My belief is that so many of these dating issues stem from a place of good intention but are ultimately severely misguided. People conflate men and women being equal with them being the same, and this couldn't be further from the truth especially in the context of biologically driven sexual strategies.
In Robert Wright's book "the Moral Animal" he mentions that there isn't a single documented culture in all of history that doesn't look down upon a woman being more sexually promiscuous than a man, even in the societies where women are encouraged to do it. This obviously is reflective of a strong genetic underpinning.
A popular study also showed men view sexual infidelity as way more troublesome than emotional infidelity where as women were opposite. Also if a man is sufficiently successful enough polygamy is way more frequent than polyandry, even across the animal kingdom.
I believe men inherently value a woman's sexuality more than they value our sexuality. Men feel most comfortable when a woman reserves all her sexuality for them. The same way a woman feels most comfortable when a man reserves his emotional intimacy for her and not other girls. I think men's deep discomfort of their women having an only fans, or using her sexuality to make gains gets interpreted subconsciously as a form of cheating and of her being of lower quality. The female equivalent would be a man spending money and time on girls outside his relationship. No matter how many times he promises it's strictly platonic, I'd imagine most women wouldn't feel uncomfortable with it.
Encouraging women to have an onlyfans is to encourage them to objectify themselves. This is NOT empowerment of women. It's a capitalistic ploy to monetize their sexuality. It's implicitly telling them their worth is based on their looks and not their character. All while convincing everyone it should be normal and perfectly acceptable with no repercussions.

Nah, a woman who is willing to do that because it is easy money has basically sold her dignity and self respect for a price. Anyone who is willing to sell their dignity and self respect for a price is someone who never had any to begin with.
Another issue is that once that content goes on the internet, it is there to stay. And many of these women will find it comes back to haunt them. Back in the old days, women could be sex workers and keep it private, lie about it etc, but with the internet, it will always be there. Imagine marrying a woman and having kids with her, and pictures and videos of her from her past resurfaced, imagine the shame her kids would feel, the damage it would do to them.
I would also add, that attractiveness is a matter of comparison. And in the case of OnlyFans, a woman with an account has made herself less attractive in comparison to women who have a clean internet history. If they want to be single for their whole lives, and don't want children, then fine, they can do what they want, the consequences will be minimal. But no high value guy who has options is ever going to choose a low value woman when he can easily have a high value one. These girls are going to hit a point later in their lives when they truly regret their life choices.

I don't see it working for those involved in camming, sex work or porn. The only stipulation I see it working is outside the fringes of those in one night stands, friends with benefits, poly or open relationships. Good topic though.
The unfortunate thing for women is that if they make a mistake like this when they're very young and naive, there isn't really a way for them to undo the damage, even if they have changed drastically as a person many years later when they're looking for a long term partner.
