    Between this and grandma's pie crust, wonderful growth as a channel. I enjoyed both. 2 yrs later, would like to see what else there could be shared. Thank you, for the plate of info and bowl of tib bits. +1 on the RSVP list

    Very nice demonstration! Loved the outtake at the end. BTW we have found it helpful to make sure the cream is at room temperature to keep the caramel from seizing.

      That is great advice! The flare-up at the beginning was my biggest challenge, when I started making caramel. You do NOT want to have your face above that pot when you pour the cream in LOL Not usually a mistake you make twice, though...
