It is mathematically impossible for there to be no alien life anywhere in space. Saying Earth is the only planet in the universe to support intelligent life is like taking a tiny shot glass of seawater and saying the only life in the ocean is only located within that shot glass.
Not impossible, per say, but most definitely unlikely. However, they would likely be only so far ahead of us, and possibly behind in terms of technology.
1:30- Contrary to popular belief, it wasn't slaves who built the pyramids. We know this because archaeologists have located the remains of a purpose-built village for the thousands of workers who built the famous Giza pyramids, nearly 4,500 years ago. It was the Egyptians who built the pyramids. The Great Pyramid is dated with all the evidence, I'm telling you now to 4,600 years, the reign of Khufu. The Great Pyramid of Khufu is one of 104 pyramids in Egypt with superstructure. And there are 54 pyramids with substructure. 2:40- Pyramids today stand as a reminder of the ancient Egyptian glorification of life after death, and in fact, the pyramids were built as monuments to house the tombs of the pharaohs. Death was seen as merely the beginning of a journey to the other world. 3:00-The credit for inventing the flush toilet goes to Sir John Harrington, godson of Elizabeth I, who invented a water closet with a raised cistern and a small downpipe through which water ran to flush the waste in 1592. 4:30- Stonehenge was built as a burial site One theory suggests that Stonehenge was used as a Late Neolithic burial site and a monument to the dead - or at least it was for 500 years during the first two phases of its construction from ~3,000 BC until the monuments were erected in ~2,500 BC. 6:11- If only extraterrestrial life could be proven, life would be complete. Or they'd kill us all.
The scale of the construction projects that humans have managed to achieve purely by muscle power (human & animal) absolutely blows my mind!! 🤯 The pyramids, Roman roads & Greek temples, the great walls in China & Scotland, incredibly complex irrigation systems in Central Africa & America... I think we often forget how good their engineers' understanding of the principles of physics already was? (Momentum, leverage, cantilevering, evaporative cooling etc) There's a widespread tendency to regard all the people of the past as "dumb" in comparison to moderns, particularly when looking at the state of medicine or religious credulity back then - but it's rather misleading... Even those who completely lacked what we'd consider a formal education generally still had a pretty encyclopedic understanding of their local seasonal climates & crop viabilities, and as for the Polynesians & Micronesians' ability to navigate via environmental & astronomical clues....? Just WOW 😳
Hello Zach, I wanted to tell you that I love your style of comedy so much! I have watched every single video on this channel (except the budget maverick because of spoilers) and will continue to do so. Keep up the good work!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
@@AllDayDavis You really think, slaves building totally meaningless pyramids just because their parasitic leaders had tiny ducks, makes more sense than, someone in the nearly infinite multiverse figured out how to travel between stars? It's totally possible that slaves builded the pyramids, but that's a so damn stupid achievment, even the aliens are making more sense.
@@attilakovacs6496 It's more likely than someone finding out how to travel between stars, then decided to travel to our planet specifically, then decided to spend their effort building.. a giant pile of rocks shaped into cubes, and somehow doing all of this without leaving any other trace of their existence. They also somehow managed to do it without any stories of the pyramids falling down from the sky being passed down through history - you'd think that would be a bit more of a memorable event for the Egyptians living there that there would be stories about it happening.. but apparently not, I guess the idea of giant alien pyramids appearing out of thin air was just too mundane for the people living there to leave any record about?
This reminds me of what I've been hearing about the annunaki from planet Nibiru. 12 foot humanoid beings said to have technology so advanced they were mistaken for gods and caused many things throughout human history. I'm not sure if that's true or not, but it would explain a lot of things.

This is top level BS.
Hold up what does math have to do with this.
And then u realise its even more exaggerated than that
Not impossible, per say, but most definitely unlikely. However, they would likely be only so far ahead of us, and possibly behind in terms of technology.
@@barkerbarks2537 The likeliness is unknowable, therefore any guess must be wrong.
I always love when you dance to songs in your videos. It just feels like so much fun.
4:30- Stonehenge was built as a burial site
One theory suggests that Stonehenge was used as a Late Neolithic burial site and a monument to the dead - or at least it was for 500 years during the first two phases of its construction from ~3,000 BC until the monuments were erected in ~2,500 BC.
(Momentum, leverage, cantilevering, evaporative cooling etc)
There's a widespread tendency to regard all the people of the past as "dumb" in comparison to moderns, particularly when looking at the state of medicine or religious credulity back then - but it's rather misleading...

Keep up the good work!👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
ad read still smooth as a cucumber, classic zach.
Unironically this makes more sense than the slaves making the pyramid
It literally doesn't.
@@attilakovacs6496 agreed
@@attilakovacs6496 It's more likely than someone finding out how to travel between stars, then decided to travel to our planet specifically, then decided to spend their effort building.. a giant pile of rocks shaped into cubes, and somehow doing all of this without leaving any other trace of their existence. They also somehow managed to do it without any stories of the pyramids falling down from the sky being passed down through history - you'd think that would be a bit more of a memorable event for the Egyptians living there that there would be stories about it happening.. but apparently not, I guess the idea of giant alien pyramids appearing out of thin air was just too mundane for the people living there to leave any record about?
if you were trying to convince me that aliens were real, you did it.
This reminds me of what I've been hearing about the annunaki from planet Nibiru. 12 foot humanoid beings said to have technology so advanced they were mistaken for gods and caused many things throughout human history. I'm not sure if that's true or not, but it would explain a lot of things.
