Yellowfin tuna steak is a firm, lean, meaty loin steak, succulent tuna fish steak high in lean protein and omega 3 and low in fat, and very quick and easy to pan fry. Excellent for lunch and dinner or as a snack.
Ingredient: -
2 Pieces Yellowfin Tuna Steak (240g)
1 Tablespoon Mild Olive Oil
A Pinch of Black Pepper
1 Tablespoon Soya Sauce
Pre-cooked Cabbage Pie

I recommend marinating them with salt & lemon juice to get rid of the fishy smell
Thank you. I have already washed the fish in fresh lemon juice prior to cooking. The Soya is very salty that it is cooked in. In addition the tuna is very fresh so has no fishy smell.
