Where can I find the action figure? I have been searching all over the dino valley
You can only find them when you find a rock that says, “an extra interesting find nearby.” I believe those spawn once a day.

For some reason when i approach these rocks, i can’t mine them. i just unlocked this and i have to get a small skeleton for Frank. can someone help?
It means they aren’t activated, there has to be a yellow “glitter” above them for them to be mined! I think only seven rocks can be activated at one time
