Ken or Ryu can punish with flaming uppercuts. All the characters have good anti air defence if the player is confident with them.

Yeah it’s a shame that one instance of lightning kicks doesn’t do like 20x more damage than most normals. What were they thinking?

Valmaster can be really stubborn sometimes. There's no way that Ken would have landed more than 50% of the hits that he had landed if Valmaster hadn't been so intent on not using Tenshokyaku as an anti-air. He had been anti-airing people cleanly with it on his first day with the game prior to the beta. During the beta, it was as if he just consciously decided not to to use it as an anti-air. I'm still trying to figure out how st. MK is better than down, down + kick.
Yeah light tenshoukyaku should be a very good anti air .
Because they require additional inputs?? I'm sure if his opponent continued to jump predictably he would have started Tenshokyaku, like 99% of competent FGC players that anti-air.

chun li is looking realistic now.... we need to see realistic ryu, ken, etc in the next installment... no more cartoony eyes.

Congratulations for the uploader :D! I think you are the first guy ever on RUclips who spells her given name in todays romanizations and todays standard. Her given name is Chunli, and the L should never be capitalized, not Chun Li or Chun-Li, many ppl forget to hyphenate anyway, but eitiher Chunli, Chun-li or Chun li, in all spellings you see its one name.
She has no family name, at least we dont know it. Contrary to Fei Lung. In his case Fei is his family name, Lung his given name.

She looks more Chinese than the previous version. In the previous version of Sf she looks more like Japanese to me.
i agree - i think in the previous games, her eyes were more circular, but now they are more horizontally wide and more angular. so she has more of the "phoenix eyes" and that traditional chinese beauty type look... which is great...
I hope Shadow Lady will be one of the DLCs.

Yes spinning bird kick is still a charge
Actually her Spinning Bird Kick can now be done without a charge. Its great! Same with her kikoken, which has a longer charge time, so being able to throw them instantly can be nice. Both are done without charge from her new stance.
And yes you can do all variations of lightning legs in air including EX

@@catarinavalentine6546 Sorry but you are 100% wrong as I did it multiple times for both kikoken and SBK. Cancel any of her Stance moves into either without charging except her slide knockdown punch or her heavy kick (can only be canceled into a jump as it said in tutorial).
Its really easy. I mean you could have easily googled it before saying uhhhh no lol. Just because you didn't do it doesn't mean you can't lmao. People talked about it in reddit and youtubers that played her mentioned it like rooflemonger.
They probably did it because you would lose any charge you built up going into stance because of the QCB. Stance is going to be super important for this version of Chun.

Kens dragon 🐉 punch looks even more ridiculous than ever before in this "new" Street fighter instead of making it look better they've only succeeded in making the game look truly ridiculous than it was before

that green and red attack that flashing feel that its gonna be real annoying online i have the impression if someone keep spamming this there is nothing u can do about it i hope they have a counter mesure that is not easy to do and very rewarding . i really hope its not like one of those trash mechanism like reversal edge in soul calibur 6 cause that thing was annoying and waste of time
Does anybody know why Chun li has two stances? Is it simply a reference to her debut or is there something more to it?
Everyone's stance changes when they are in Burnout (don't have any more Drive meter [the one under their life bar]). All the SF2 characters revert to their SF2 stances

that spinning bird kick looks so bad, like an old style kof movement, heavy, poor...
does anyone know if those excessive visual effects, even when a character is touched with a simple movement, will be inactivable or reduced? the screen turns too messy sometimes. Some fireworks are ok but...this is not killer instinct 😅😂

I'm a MK LOVER I have them all since the first one....I played TF out of it and still do....idk it just has this EASINESS about it that makes it fall just a TAD short of THE BEST.....I go back n forth between MK Guilty Gear Strive and Tekken 7...those are the 3 I can't stop playing ....THE BEST I'm not sure...it has things other games do NOT but other games have things that would push MK to GODHOOD....I'm excited for the next one tho I won't lie

It may just be me, but her head just looks too small for her body in this game . I know they focused on beefing up her legs but her head looks too small.

@@XarronChaos No. The beta was cracked but NO ONE with the cracked beta can play online. This footage was captured when the closed beta was still up weeks ago.
I think it's bs honestly like they might as well have a open beta at this point idc if it's offline dudes will still be way ahead of newer players

They've gotta do something about Chun li's back leg in her neutral stance... it just looks like her leg is broken or something... Idk if they just need to raise her up a tad or just entirely botched her anatomy... but everything about her looks worse than SFV to me... fat lets instead of strong legs, knees and waist over proportionally skinny... she just feels like a complete design failure.
Compare her to Cammy who, though she's rocking a new look, still LOOKS like Cammy in profile, somethings just broken in the Chun Li model.

They should make a comic about another universe where M Bison have successes in brainwashing the world and have taken over, Chun li becomes evil (not mind controlled) and dates Vega, even she don't mind Vega playing around with other girls like Cammy, R Mika etc..
Is it me or does sf6 look depressing? It doesn't have that joy like the sf4 or sf5 although i hated that game.
Nothing impressive about that Chun-li, gets hit by ken super everytime and her hits weak as f***, plays like a cpu and can barely use her own super combo, perhaps on that very last round 🤣.
Meanwhile this ken is O.P., can't be this strong if his lore on SF6 is some lost hermit on the streets, should be nerfed.

This video says Chun Li is ridiculous and yet she gets absolutely destroyed in most of the rounds. She's either the worst character in the game or Chun Li players set a low bar if this is "ridiculous"...

This game looks trash. Alot of the movements/animations are cut off by new ones. Does not look as fluid as games of the past. This whole studying "frames" thing ruined sf.
This game is cheap indie production what a lazy uninspired crap and characters look un proportional.Shame
Super arts need to be taken out of all fighting games
