The greatshield method of just blocking all his attacks while you poke at him with a bleed weapon is the only way I've ever managed to beat him. I've tried all the other supposed "cheese" methods and all of them have either been nerfed and no longer work or are stupidly complex and/or prone to failing 99% of the time without perfect luck. This is pretty much 100% consistent though. I honestly don't know how you're supposed to beat phase 2 without a shield absorbing his damage. You'd have to perfectly dodge like a 30-hit combo attack just to get one poke in, with no opportunity to ever pop a flask because he's just relentless. If FromSoft ever nerfs the shield, I think I'd just have to resign myself to never beating that fight again.
Uh, I had 51 endurance and I’m heavy loaded by about 7 units over. I can’t even replace the helice with a 1.5 dagger. Double check what your endurance was is dis you have a rune arc?
@@PoisonJarl71501 my great rune was not active. Double checked the stats for ya, all correct how I wrote them out. Try taking off a piece of your armor. Notice how I wasn’t wearing a helmet. My equip load was 88.0 / 98.2 I was heavy for sure if you didn’t notice by how I rolled a couple times. The purpose of this build is for you to be a stone wall and tank damage while dishing out damage yourself when you can. All while managing stamina of course
@@TheDawnsClipz yea that’s me going to try the Guru’s newest fight build. A few times then if that fails, try his 3-4 hit instant win build. And if that fails. I’ll throw you in there lol. But first I need to get all the gear and spells for the builds.

Trial & error. But I have seen as of recently these kind of builds to cheese radahn
