Hey Luke! I am an airline pilot as well, but not a modeller - I'm just a fan of your videos. On layovers in the USA, somewhere in the Caribbean, Asia, Africa or at home I enjoy to watch them every now and then, mostly before going to bed. It's really satisfying and relaxing to watch you create these beautiful sceneries and it's components. You've got such a nice manner of presenting your skills that I am always excited when I find a new video on your channel - I guess that there are about 1 million people around here who agree to this. Thank you for sharing your hobby with us. It's a small world in aviation - so we'll meet one day for sure. Until then: Keep the blue side up! Greetings from Germany. (:

It's pleasure to know that you've hit 1 million subscribers Luke. It's a joy to me, when I ask my daughters what they'd like to watch on RUclips to hear "has Luke Towan done another video yet?" I even send them teasers like the one you dropped of the cave system/waterfall. They were bursting to see it. I'm so pleased for you. Keep up the good work mate!! BTW. We love seeing how you've refined your techniques over the years and the layers of difficulty increasing. Mind blowing!
My dad was an avid railroad modeler, he passed when I was little. We still have all his trains, watching your videos gives me the confidence and understanding of how to make a small model using a few of his trains for my mother. Also I love tiny dioramas anyway, wonder where I got it from 🤔…
This is the channel that got me into making dioramas almost 5 years ago. I always had this passion I just didn't get some of the techniques or tools necessary to actually make what I envisioned. Today I'm working on my 7-th ultra-realistic diorama, making D&D terrain on the side for a hobby and have also completed my 5 meters long by 3 meters wide electrical (mini-town H0 scale) diorama (similar to what Luke did for N scale) witch took about 2 years to fully complete. So by all means you have worked and earned all of our respect many times over :)

Me getting more impressed when I find out he's a pilot.

No wonder his voice is just so calming. Just like a pilot
