I received the X26 a few weeks ago, and am relatively happy with the price/performance of the X26. However, there are several things that were not presented fairly before the purchase.
    1) The bike is a cadence sensor as opposed to torque and has a quit a high lag in response.
    2) The manual is quite poor, with a lot of information missing, particularly on the display which has several settings that are not functional and do not apply to the model
    3) While the website has some additional info, many videos are irrelevant and not applicable to the specific model.
    4) The bike is quite obviously illegal in Europe, as there is no speed-pedelec certificate of conformity. Expecting people to buy an X26 and not use it on public roads is ridiculous. This is borderline fraud, as had the absence of such a certificate been declared on the website I might have reconsidered.
    4) Although the bike has triple suspension, it is quite clearly more for show than effective. There is also no documentation whatsoever on how to adjust the shock absorbers.
    5) Again, despite the shock absorbers, the bike is unusable off road, due to the considerable weight, and to the lack of a low-enough gear. The high gear is also unusable at full power.
    6) In conclusion, while the product is good, the pre-sales and post-sales attitude is similar to that of many Chinese products, where customers are almost considered idiots for buying the product.

I don't know for which market Engwe is building their bikes. You can't legally drive almost all of their bikes in Europe. I bought the Engine X which is the only bike from Engwe which is legal in Europe. But I really doubt that the motor is just 250 Watts as it is very very strong.

u know that u dont have to go full speed all the time?

@@kiiiisu The legality of a motorized bike is not determined by how fast you are going, but rather by it's possible top speed.

E-cycles have 3 requirements that must be met to be considered as so:
      +Power 250W max.
      +The motor aid stops at 25 km/h.
+You have to pedal for the motor to assist you.

Sucks to be you. I'm in the US and can pretty much drive it anywhere. If it has pedals..it's a bicycle.

Depends on the country in Europe, but many have that limitation.

That's the bad thing about being so much weight, if it breaks down or you run out of battery, it's not easy to use it like a normal bike because you have to push so much weight. Not sure about the huge tires either, good for off-road but not high speed. I'd prefer recumbent style seating too.

Is there any type of anti theft security in this bike to cut off power? I mean in engwe engine pro You need to put inside key to power on bike, but i dont see something like this in x24? Does it mean You dont have any protection? And when You leave bike anyone can just power it on and drive?

To bad the battery wasn't 52volt 60 AH like there competitors. I'm leaning toward the Aniioki e bike A-8 pro 52 volt battery.

Can You help me, please? Why my Engwe X26 bike switches SPORT MODE to STANDART MODE automatically after 5-15 minutes of riding?

Mine does this as well. I use "normal mode" about 99% of the time so it's not a big issue but frustrating that you can't use it consistently.
