Man I want chrome on my next bike! I'm so sick of the blacked out look! Really wish the Road King Special came with a chrome finish option cuz that's the bike I want. I'm looking at the Breakout too but don't like the ergos on it that much and also you just can't beat the Road King seat cradling your rump and feeling like a couch! 😂
Run away from the breakout.. trust me you will hate it.. Get a King or Street glide.. If you want style and nostalgia, get the King, if you want a king with great wind protection, and a stereo along with great gauges, get the Street Glide.. So many used ones to get for cheap.. Just helped my neighbor score a 2017 St Glide with full S&S 124 big bore kit, big cam, hp oil pump S&S Throttle body,, twisted fat spoke 21" & 18" wheels, 2 into 1 Sawicki pipe, 12in bars, legends suspension front and rear.. all for $18,000 bucks cash... Stole the bike, and orig owner took a bath.. Dude said he had well over $40k invested. Tons of cheap twin cam and early M8 used bikes out for cheap since the new body and motor 24's came out..
Better brake feel, skate shoes arent bad to ride in. If you go down and your bike crushes your foot itll get injured if its in a boot or a shoe no matter what so whats the big deal.
Whats so bad about this bike? It looks good, its not yours so he can build it how he pleases. As for the light show i see it as added safety so people will pay attention to you.
