    Nice video. But i think you should have captioned your title with respect to Ontario only and not 'canada' in general. E.g, at the beginning you said '...thriving in Canada..' but you ended up giving examples only for Ontario.

    I think entertainment law is a good area to work in if you live in Vancouver, lots of american movies and series are shot there.
    Where could I research the areas of law that are thriving in Nova Scotia?

      Thanks for mentioning this. I had no idea. I would suggest starting with google and reaching out to lawyers who practice in Nova Scotia on Linkedin.

    Family law in Canada is a racket. That unfairly and prejudice toward fathers. 50/50 Parenting Time Legislation is long overdue

    I am a qualified Nigerian Lawyer but interested in studying Corporate Law in Canada, which University would you advise I apply to.
    Question 2 : For a person willing to become a Chartered Secretary in Canada(just like the Nigerian ICSAN), which is better? pursuing a Masters in Labor and Employment Law or in Corporate Law.
    Thank you

    How a foreign lawyer can become a mental health lawyer at canada
    Please explain

    • @MoyosoreSomide
      @MoyosoreSomide  2 года назад +1

      You would need to go through the lawyer licensing process which is to write the NCA exams, article, write the bar exams, CPLED, or whatever admission is required by the Province you choose to practice in. I will recommend buying the NCA STARTER PACK here: gum.co/yXlqh to navigate starting the process.

    • @MoyosoreSomide

      Some people speciliaze by doing an LLM but this is not necessary. You can start practising these areas by working in a firm that specializes in these areas.
