Hey Navjot, I donot think so you need ECA, since your masters is from canada. For Degree/diploma- you need to send your degree you got during convocation. Nd transcripts you have to apply from your university, which have all the marks and courses you took during masters

I have some Certificate of Employment with detailed job descriptions from other employers, however my concern here is for my other previous employers that my COE has no detailed job descriptions. I requested for it but since HR and my previous manager is no longer on that company they are not able to provide me and the other one I am under agency and contractual based, they only keep records within the last 5years. In short I don't have a chance to get a Certificate of Experience with job description. These two working experience was on year 2011 and 2014. Do I still need to include these 2 employers from my application or I will submit only those with Job Descriptions? Can I provide only the Certificate of Employment and supporting emails from previous employers the reasons why they are not able to provide? Please enlighten me as I am not quite sure how to present my work experience.

You have to, first of all, write the NCA exams before you can complete your articles internationally. Once you complete your articles, you also have to pass the bar exams. Once you have completed all the steps, and you meet the other requirements such as paying your fees, and being in good standing with the Law society, you should have no problem with being admitted to the bar.

@@habeebmobolaji_ to be honest, no unique requirement, but from what I see, if you graduate from a university, most likely you will get 3 yrs of work permit. But, it largely depends on visa officer
