They're almost always in a gated community though so he probably had to know the code or something. Or because this is in Toronto where crime is low
@@SoullessMermaidGames actually not always. Depending on the state. Where I live, there is a large suburban area /city that is known for having really nice houses aka mansions. You can just drive through the area without an issue. My best friend is into architecture so she has driven me around the neighborhood to admire the houses before. She told me a story of how she went with a group of classmates to walk around once. They stopped along the sidewalk to admire this one mansion. Then someone came out ( probably seeing them on the security cameras or something) and asked why they were chilling in front of the house. They told him/her they were architecture students admiring the house. The person then gave them a tour around the house. Of course that's like a once in a lifetime experience that not every type of owner will give. I personally think this guy is walking around these type of neighborhood considering the terrain.

Real Estate

I know someone that owns a massive house and he invested in two companies that got bíg and popular.
However, I feel it's important to mention that his life hasn't gotten better. Only more complicated.
He has to keep up the pace in this job and invest in more, so he can keep the house.
