Good, you most likely smell bad anyways,
I don’t blame you
Canadian here. Living next to the US we see things first hand and we have to be aware and active to be able to block what we do not want of their culture seeping into ours. From my point of view as an eyewitness, thngs are moving in one direction in the US, and that is getting worse. You have to understand that they have spent generations to get themselves to where they are now and the elemnts of which are so entangled, it would take even a self-aware, highy educated and cooperative-minded society decades to fix. Sadly, the US is not any of these things.
I know in the UK you can have a somewhat idealised view of the US based on some historical facts and on their own propaganda, but consider: in the developed world, religious belief is in decline--but for the US where it is on the rise; they lag behind all of our tertiary grad rates; their " We are Number One" chant is not just sports bravado--it is an actual belief taught and held at all levels of society from the wealthiest to the poorest; they are a 2-party state, which is not that different from a 1-party state; they rank as a "flawed democracy" and at #25 on the global list; they elect everything! Judges, sheriffs, public porsecutors; they're may be more social mobility opportunities in the US than the UK, but the worship of, entrenchement of, and the at all costs of reaching a higher social class in the US is abhorrent and is now closely tied to religion; they view their own constitution, not as a "living tree" as in most legally civilised countries, but as a text to be interpreted like a bible is by true believers. Remember, this is a country where "flat eartherism" is growing by leaps and bounds and it is NOT considered a mental illness, but celebrated as a victory of their constitutional right of "free speech."
When you mix these (and too many more to mention here) with an absolute certainty that there is nothing they have to learn from anyone outside the US or from another society--you end up with a country where ignorance is sperading exponentialy, racism is becoming a normalised "political" opinion, belief trumps facts, all opinions are binarty, and expertise is vililfied and lack of education heroised. It is not getting better--it is getting worse and spreading more rapidly. Basically, they have built into their societal make-up the inability to recognise, identify and/or rectify what needs to be corrected. Unlike the more or less graceful retreat from global hegemon the UK was able to achieve, the US is more akin to the Roman analogue where their excesses, mental health epidemic, and delusions of self-granduer have blinded them and underminded them.
Welcome to Biden's America
GOP flooding the streets with guns. I fixed reality dipshit...75% of mass shootings are related to right wing ideology. Tell us genius how is this Biden fault when GOP is flooding the streets with guns..
@@mountmorris774 It is not the guns that are the problem. It is people and institutions that are harmful to society.
@@LEO-xo9cz Tell me genius why around the world without guns or strong laws doesn't have mass shootings or highest murder rate with guns. @@LEO-xo9cz Do you gun huggers ever look outside of America how actually people live without the almighty gun or laws that actually work..If not STFD adults are talking
Spot on.
Another gun law red flag nonsense
Maybe you should start banning guns in cities?

Stop watching the telly then. Your perception of reality is created by what you watch.

You can't stop watching TV to hide from the truth, the US is a nightmare!
Also, good luck with those $10,000 in medical bills, in the UK it would be free if you were a citizen.

@@madebymonkeys5641 Wiki: On 19 February 1954, the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Soviet Union issued a decree transferring the Crimean Oblast from the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic to the Ukrainian SSR.
So Crimea was part of Russia, then Ukraine and then, after over 90% of the population wanted to be part of Russia again, it reverted to being Russian.
never held a gun in my life.
I have and I still want Americans to learn from this.
Absolutely no need to...
Why don't they focus on sorting out the nutters instead of blaming the nutters guns?
Shooter is an Islamic extremist named Ahmad Al Aliwi Alissa, the gun was obtained illegally. Yet it's funny that conformist scum and the Liberal media take this as an opportunity to attack gun rights.
Get rid of the guns, or live with the devastating consequences of criminals who commit these disgusting crimes.
So sorry for the victims and their losses. I do feel much safer living in Europe.
@Nilly Siggers doesn't make it any less true, silly
Should make a montage of how many times this happens, the number of prayers, the same debates of 2nd amendment . repeat the same phrases again and again.
America's catastophic dilemma - mental illness and gun control.
The right to own a gun is not really enshrined in the constitution.

It's the norm in the united states. 7 mass shootings in 7 days... you didn't hear about the other ones because it is so normal here.
