You really have to watch the sodium levels, saturated fats and additives in a lot of vegan food now. Coconut oil is notorious for raising good AND bad cholesterol. Some vegan foods are very high in saturated fat and cholesterol. I saw a vegan hot dog with 980 mg of sodium and 15gr saturated fat. A guy ate three of them at a party insisting they were fine because they were vegan. Just pay attention to what’s in it, some are way better than others for quality. 👍 I love breaded and deep fried broccoli with artichoke dip myself. Great show lovelies. ❤️❤️🤟

For vegan fast food you could have Indian food such as Onion bhajies, vegetable samosas, lentil/bean/chick pea/any vegetable/coconut curry, chapati, vegan breads and fried things made out of chick pea flour (could add sweet corn for a fritter). Caribbean food such as steamed green leafy vegetables, hard food (sweet potato, plantain, green banana, yam ect), rice and peas, curried tofu, peppered tofu, peanut oatmeal, split red pea lentil soup, I should just say ital food what Rastafarians eat. Asian food, like tofu, satay sauce, soy, so many beans, dumplings, soup stocks, noodles, different rice's, veg sushi, mushrooms/fungi including dried. Mediterranean foods like olives, aubergine dips, hummus, different pastas, salads, risotto, pizzas with vegetable topping as a starter and not just all that pizza doe as a one carb meal, ratatouille, vegetables with dips,. different breads with olive oils. Latino food such as refried beans, guacamole, bean and veg rice's, bean chillie, cactus, veg tortillas. European: veg.soup, potato cakes, veg pies, vegetable/soy Sheppard's/cottage pies, spinach and rice soup, jacket potatoes with beans/creamed coconut coleslaw, nut roast dinner, cucumber sandwiches with crisps, sauerkraut, roast potatoes with veg and veg gravy, chips and salad in pita bread, And so many nice take away foods that are also healthy and full of everything healthy, But they chose things like processed, flavourless, imitation, unflavoured/unseasoned fake meat, fake meat burgers meals and meals made manly of crappy carbs. They're just looking for meat substitute meals. They need to find enjoyable vegan meals, not substitutes for what they're missing. I know a lot of people are vegans because of ethics, but why do you want as close tasting to meat substitutes, if eating them is wrong, you're still enjoying what you remember of eating animals. Why not explore vegan foods, and making them tasty, fake meat is processed, disappointing tasting and there to just be compared to real meat. Either make real vegan food, be vegetarian, or eat meat.
As an Aussie, this was hard to watch with Coop’s pronunciation of some words like she’s a cutesy 5 year old and Sybil swearing and acting extremely childish. I guess the budget is extremely tight…
also a lot of previous buzzfeed employees have talked about how buzzfeed assigns a character for many of the employees. most of them have a history of acting careers for that reason. so buzzfeed videos are not entirely authentic nor represent these peoples real personality outside of their work. remember: these people are constantly exposed to hate from the public even though it’s not who they are and i think that would be hard for them :(
