- How to make no knead sourdough bread. This recipe is great for beginners as it's such and easy and forgiving recipe! I use a no discard sourdough starter which makes things even more beginner friendly.
There are so many health benefits, including gut health, when it comes to sourdough bread. I think being able to make bread at home with no yeast is such a good life skill to have.

Very nice bread! ❤ As for me, when I make the sourdough bread, some times I incorporate some chia seeds and ground flax seeds with the flour and or some sunflower seeds. 🙂
