The Maroon 5 Frontman and the Supermodel Reportedly Paid $22.7 Million for the Almost 5.2-acre Property, Built in 1923 by Noted Architect George Washington Smith, Who Championed the Spanish Colonial Revival Style in and Around Santa Barbara in the Early 20th Century.
The Villa-style Main House Holds Five of the Property’s Nine Bedrooms, Including a Main Suite With a Private Terrace Overlooking the Meticulously Maintained Grounds and, in the Distance, the Pacific Ocean.
Given the Size of the Property, the ‘house’ Is Actually Split Into Four Separate Buildings-a Main Mediterranean-style Villa, a Five-car Garage Which Also Has Staff Quarters Attached, a Two-bedroom Guesthouse and a Garden Cottage Containing Another Bedroom.

The way the house is elevated and overlooks the sea is fantastic. The simple roof is a timeless, elegant design seen in Georgian and Italian buildings even in ancient Rome.. A masterpiece in a world of hideous houses including mansions.
