I never get tired of looking at this wonderful tastefully done magnificent mansion. The interior design the landscape gardens, the decorations The location even the background music is WOW, WOW IT's EXQUISITE
This home spoke to me. It read my mind in every aspect, as if it knew my wants, my desires. Never before have I seen such a perfect expression of myself in a living space. It literally brought me to tears. I seriously am reaching for tissues as I write this. Thank you, I know now my paradise really does exist.
Some houses have the WOW factor, but this is so far beyond wow that it needs new superlatives. I've rarely seen a place with more beautiful gardens, nor a house with such a lovely layout, nor a more perfect outlook. I don't think I've ever seen a house that combines all so sublimely. If that was mine, I would think that I'd died and gone to heaven.

One of the most warm and inviting color schemes I have ever seen for a home on any video. It was spectacular. To be invited to view this amazing place of virtue I felt honored. The home was not vulgar, rather it was elegant and sophisticated, not tacky and impersonal. Instead, it had not just a heart but a SOUL. Who ever lives here now or in the future are very lucky people indeed. A dream home for anyone with taste that can afford it. I am sad the video ended. Next door to Santa Barbara is Monticito and it has lots of mansions like this like where the cellar is cut stone and 10 foot ceiling an orchestra pit that plays to the dinning room and the sitting room huge ceiling .

I would love to see a love story movie filmed there if the home has not been sold yet. That place is gorgeous. The indoors have green outdoors views everywhere. That could be a retirement home. I loved this fabulous home. We live in Santa Barbara and I’ve been to this magnificent home for cocktail parties.. The hostess was amazing and so sweet. OMG you just want to walk all around inside and out and take it all in it’s such a treat for the senses.. light hord’derves on the patio and heavy cocktails on the first balcony.. pick a spot! They paid seven million in 1999, then put in 25 plus million into renovation. The place was pretty well run down.
