Them getting the rights back to all their catalog has been the greatest thing to happen to a De La fan since I counted the intertwined fibers on a shredded wheat biscuit.

This is a great remix and I loved how they featured Miss Mojica in the video. She had that Cree Summer look and vibe that I still love to this day!

All my years listening to Keepin the Faith and I never heard this 'Straight Pass' version with Vinia Mojica! At first this didn't really grab me like the original Slave - Just a Touch sample, but as I kept listening I really liked how raw this version sounds. De la Soul is the gift that keeps on giving!

Back in the bad old days before they allowed De la to stream, you could only listen to De La on you tube, and this was the only version available. What is really messed up is that I have all of De La’s albums on CD, but none of my cars have CD players, only digital now. 😢

Someone has to help the official De La Soul channel properly remaster their videos--this one has interlacing artifacts all over the place. I noticed the other videos are in pretty bad shape, too. But I think it's just a matter of properly digitizing the source material which appears to be in good condition.
