I have more than 2 racquets and I compare them with a thicker grip (towel) and the other rubber is rather thin but I am more comfortable with the towel during shadow smash practice at home.
You basically have great strength. It is necessary to try repeated smashes rather than strong smashes. It doesn't end in one shot anyway. This is because the defense is more advantageous if the skill is the same.

My grip is more solid and doesn't change if I use a towel instead
