I believe some of what she says is accurate. It's obvious that friends are concurring with some of what she has testified. Im a fan of Johnny Depps and have met him at a press conference..I am not a fan of Amber Heards but fair is fair.

This is what it's about. People with certain personality disorders demand 100% loyalty, which means they have to choose between them and any nominated "enemy." If someone like AH decides you are a problem, all your common friends are forced to leave you. Eventually, you realize this is abusive to you and choose to cut ties with her instead of all the other people you love.

All Amber's ex- friends and sister seem unscrupulous . Poor recollections and lousy attitudes make their testimony unconvincing.
I know late here, but what’s suspicious:
1. They can’t remember most details about big things but can remember details about little things (color of carpet or the ceramic ashtray rocky was gonna throw at him, like they got it from law and order script)
2. Their “emotions”. During JD lawyer questioning, rocky is extremely annoyed and disinterested. But for ambers lawyers she is extremely emotional and crying. In ambers divorce depo right after the incident she is cold, combative, passive aggressive. Then years later asked about it she is extremely “emotional” (a lot of sniffling but no actual waterworks, and looking to just to see which of her bs they believe as if she’s doing a performance). I know her ex friends (very telling none of them talk to her anymore) can’t come out now and say they helped her lie, they are way too far in it now. But that’s the only way they will get redeemed in the publics eye

I saw the body cam footage of the Officers responding to the DV call and their walk through. If they show this, it will show that Amber and Pennington is lying. Body cam shows no damages or broken glass and no wine spill on rug type floor. No hair on floor and such.
How did you see the body cam footage? I know both officers testified about the alleged incident.

Amber testified that they'd cleaned up a little before those officers arrived to try to cover that conflicting evidence

I'm rewatching the trial. Some creators are going through every bit of evidence in all these years putting together the lies and mistakes in each of their testimony. It appears that drew., Amber and Rocky told the first cops her apartment was in ph4. The spilled wine and broken glass that Isack spoke of was outside ph4. The second group of police, they did not know was coming came to ph3. There was no damage in 3 on the police camera footage, so that's why it was clean. The fight was supposed to be in Ambers's main penthouses 3 and 5. Yet that's not where the cops were directed.
So many inconsistent statements.
The 2nd phone call to the cops was clearly Rocky on audio, but IO said he didn't know if he called a second time. Rocky never says she was the one who called. Audio on incredible average channel.

There's no recording of Amber scared like she claims she was. Only her in your face dominating demeanor. ALL her friends are obviously siding with her, probably because they can't live in a penthouse for free and leech off him.....the only people left for AH to move in was her parents. When he decided she was a fraud and realized she was faking her Love for him is when she decides to get back at him because she and her family and friends lose their free ride. I just find it disturbing that she could blatantly Lie about being beaten snd swearing that makeup can cover such beatings......that we all know is just plain impossible. That's why AH NEVER gets doctor confirmation of the alleged injuries like all abuse victims would. So basically it's just her word and really one questionable photo that looks like If you wiped off the makeup there would be no marks.........still not one photo of swelling or blood

Not buying it. Says she’s not friends anymore and yet very emotional years after. Think she’s lying and for whatever reason being strong armed into this testimony where she knows she’s lying so it’s stressing her out.
She's crying out of guilt. She was freeloading off of both JD and AH and she no longer has that luxury. She's been AH's partner in crime and drugs for many years and so they will always have that bond.

Another day of stories with no actual evidence. And if anyone ever called me a name as JD is alleged to have done...the relationship would be over then. Drugs, alcohol, and a need for money and fame seems to have wiped away common sense among the whole bunch.

She's lying through her teeth, reading notes. No one else saw "deeeep, long cuts". The two cuts on Heards forearm were barely scrapes and not an inch long, superficial and had the exact look of cuts that self harm cutters make, always straight and horizontal - going the same direction as veins and arteries.

None of these statement confirmed that she saw everything that happened and she always refer to Amber said with couple of pictures. The so called physical abuse should have been enough to call the cops for those claimed multiple occasions. JD was always an apologetic man so the questions is made to pain JD look like he was guilty. Their story was fixed in a small number of 2 while others are just a hearsay. Only AH's friend covers her excuse but half of them are "AH said". This shows how this 3 people, sister, friend and AH story don't match and repeating same word to manipulate the meaning by the 3 people or the lawyer. It seems to me that these 3 people live in a different world where everyone else that saw her have consistent story while the 3 lives in a different dimension.

Why isn't Johnny's team looking into and bringing up the information from a signed statement by Jennifer Howell, a previous friend and employer of Whitney Henriquez, amber's sister and Paige Heard, amber's mother regarding the lies being told by the Heard hell cat sisters. Her statement gives information from Whitney herself regarding the incident on the stairs and how it was amber not Johnny creating the chaos. Paige, amber's mother, relayed info to this Jennifer about amber's true feelings regarding elon musk and his goings on with her.
They can still bring in rebuttal witnesses after this.

All these witnesses for AH (who provided them free room and board and access to free events, booze and drugs for years,) only "words" and staged still life photos and photos that do not match the alleged injuries....still there is no credible, solid evidence that she was ever attacked or abused by JD. None. She can take photos of JD asleep but has none of her injuries. Not buying it. All the people who testified for AH depended on her for their free home and offices, even her stylist depended on her for $$ and dropped AH when AH could no longer afford her so she is testifying to boost her own publicity. No medical records, no x-rays, no police reports. AH has a factitious disorder.
These people were promised something out of 100 mln that AH is hoping for. Stories don't match, their deposition from 2016 displayed different kind of people. AH allegedly never shared her bogus bottle story with anyone, but her acting coach that told us that she had a problem acting it out. Lol. No shift Sherlock, we witness her poor performance
