Wow, those are insane machining skills. NICE JOB!! How much did the harmonic drives cost and where did you buy them Also: please, please upload a video of this thing cutting something. It must be so satisfying to watch
Another rotary axis that holds your stock (basically a machine bed that is able to rotate) would give you the ability to cut much larger stock because the robot wouldn't have to "reach around" the part anymore if you understand what I mean
What you're looking for is called "inverse kinematics". You can generate these equations using some CAD programs, or do it yourself with a bit of trygonometry and matrixes.
Harmonic reducer is a used product made in Japan. Closed roller bearings are made in China. The control board is also made in China. en.aliexpress.com/item/4000073935864.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4d9SwyZT *I'm not good at English, you understand*
Hello, your work is very inspiring, it is inevitable that I will not ask you for the project or inform you where and how it is possible to purchase it. Congratulations and much success to you.
Hi, I'm a big fan of your work. I am a person with no knowledge of programming and electronics. So if I'm a newbie, what knowledge do I need to learn to be like you? Can you share it with me? Thank you very much
Bro should redefine "diy* in his dictionary

Your comments were helpful.
Great! Can you share the method for calculating the rotation of joints from G-Code?

haha loved the makita router as an end effector. great work, maybe some more info about the harmonic drives, motors and control hw/sw?

Very impressive result!
This is really awesome! I am really looking forward to see a follow-up video!
Awesome job, man! Very impressive! Thanks for sharing. What's next? willing to see more about this
Please make a tutorial of this build !!
Здравствуйте. Мне очень понравилась ваша работа. У вас ещё видео об этом роботе?
Wow. !!! Exelente Trabajo !!!
If there's any need. glad to help!
Very nicely done!
Nice, what motors are you using?
Beautiful kinematics. Beautiful machine.
You are insane in a good way
can you please share the 3d files of the different parts and list of components to the community ? Or any tutorial ? 🙌🏻🙂
#gifted
That thing looks mint 😮😍
What motors did you use for the rotation axises
In the video, it is a step motor and has now been replaced with a servo motor.
The reducer used was a harmonic reducer.
@@rb6485 what size?
This is just amazing! Do you have any other social media page, website where we can find more of your work?
I did a lot for 15 years, but I couldn't leave it on video.
I'll definitely leave it on video in the future.
thank you
Hi, do you have any instructions for the robot or where could I get help for something like that

Nice job!, which software did you use to program it?
I used Rhinocam.
Very impressive!

It's too difficult to describe in words.
I recommend the RoboDK.com site to you.
its OPEN source project?
Можно купить чертежи проекта и узнать, какие комплектующие использованы?

This is so cool! How does i go cutting stuff?
Machining by cnc machine.
@@rb6485Sorry, I meant "how good is it at cutting stuff". Like does it cnc things like aluminium well?

Okay.
I'm an office worker and a farmer, so I don't have much time.
But I will try.
Is it possible to reteach TCP or uframes on this?
Have you find answer.
is it the maximum speed ?
The focus is on accuracy.
50% of top speed safely 300mm per second.
I will upload the video again later.
