Yes - As H C said, this is split with my girlfriend. Also, I'm lucky enough to get subsidised breakfasts and lunches at the office so can save a lot there (many city law firms do these sorts of benefits).

How did you become a lawyer in both the UK and US?
UK - I did the LPC exam and, after that, a two-year training contract.
US - I did the bar examination in New York, so I'm qualified there.
