I still can't figure out one part and some of these are probably wrong but here's my take on the lyrics : Lenald (x4) Lenald (x4) Lenald (x4) Lenald (x4) Lenald (x4) On s'appelle Lenald Nous vivions paisiblement En harmonie parfaite La nature, c'était très bien On s'appelle Lenald (en ces régions wabbits) Nous vivions paisiblement (sans ces légions wabbits) En harmonie parfaite (et sans le Wa Wabbit) La nature, c'était très bien (mais sans le Wa Wabbit) Ils ont pas respecté Nous ont chassé très vite Tout ceci nous voit tristes Nous ne sommes pas ??? Passerons tous ensemble Mais ils nous ont vaincu English : Lenald (x4) Lenald (x4) Lenald (x4) Lenald (x4) Lenald (x4) Our name is Lenald We lived peacefully In perfect harmony The nature, it was good Our name is Lenald (in these wabbit regions) We lived peacefully (without these wabbit legions) In perfect harmony (and without the Wa Wabbit) The nature, it was good (but without the Wa Wabbit) They didn't respect Hunt us down quickly All of this sees us sad We're not ??? We'll go through this together But they vanquished us Also I'm seeing that they renamed Lenald as Zollo in spanish, that's a neat traduction.
Oh wow, thanks a lot for this, it makes this so much better, i was starting to come up with misheard lyrics against my own will (? Also yeah, it comes from "Zorro" which is fox in spanish, it's such a weird case because i thought for the longest time that these guys weren't the same family as the Firefouxes found in Pandala, but it seems some of the Lenalds do live there so it's probably the translators not wanting to go with "Foux" as the name for them here to keep their language with a heavy use of "L" relevant to their name. Snowfouxes did get to keep their name i guess, they don't exist in Wakfu but there's an old (now cosmetic) set of gear that does call them Snowfoux, i imagine it is the same species we're talking about because look at the Lenald dungeon, it's fire and ice foxes. In spanish the Foux do get kept as "Fux" tho, it's a mess.
You're welcome :) I may have the last word down, had to ask a friend because my brain couldn't hear anything else that "Nous ne sommes pas puceaux" (We're not virgins) lol. Actually it might just be the actual lyrics knowing Ankama. Will edit when ytb decides to start working again. I just had to guess on some of those tho. For legions and regions for example it just made sense to me but one can't really differentiate the two given the lenald's accent. This game's just full of quirky translation facts. Interesting to see how they didn't change it at all in english, I guess they already had the wabbits🧐 Edit : For some reason I still can't edit my original comment so I'll just say it here : "Nous ne sommes pas PUISSANTS" which translates to "We are not STRONG"
I also love this theme, though it has a somewhat melancholy feeling to me. It makes sense, seeing as the Lenalds, a peaceful people who have lost their most valued relic, are on the verge of a slowly building conflict, potentially a war, that they have no hope of winning. Despite this, they find resolve in their virtues and "honol" while they train to defend themselves from the mutant vegetables at their border and the Wabbits that may attack them at any moment. I find similarities to the Sammer's Kingdom theme from Super Paper Mario.

On s'appelle Lenald
Passerons tous ensemble
Mais ils nous ont vaincu

Our name is Lenald
We lived peacefully
In perfect harmony
The nature, it was good
Our name is Lenald (in these wabbit regions)
We lived peacefully (without these wabbit legions)
In perfect harmony (and without the Wa Wabbit)
The nature, it was good (but without the Wa Wabbit)
They didn't respect
Hunt us down quickly
All of this sees us sad
We're not ???
We'll go through this together
But they vanquished us
