If RCR petition was filed by the husband against the wife and even after 2 years the wife refused to continue with the marriage, then when the husband is eligible for divorce, does he still need to pay alimony to the wife?
@@simple2415 you need to get divorce from court only. If both parties admit that they are married in church with wedding photo and certificate from church, then court consider their marriage legal and both of them can get divorce from family court

Yes it is a ground for divorce and alimony has to be decided by the family court judge
What if the marriage is not registered in Panchayat, only registered in church.
They are still legally married
