This same Grandmother at age 93 is also a bit of a technology nut and cinephile. @Will Muny I agree. I remember see Die Hard With A Vengeance in the theater. Such a great thrill ride. That same year at the movies, saw Species, Water World, Batman Forever, Dumb And Dumber, Outbreak, and Apollo 13. The 90's really did have the best movies.
@@willmuny9201 1995 was another great year but I didn't think the other guy could only name 4 films from 1993. The first “movie boobies” I ever saw (Bram Stokers Dracula) was with my Grandmother in the theater. My mom was very against I seeing any kind of movie nudity, but my Grandmother (fathers side) thought otherwise and said “there’s nothing to hide from, your gonna see them eventually might as well be now”. This same Grandmother at age 93 is also a bit of a technology nut and cinephile. She has an 80” Sony 4ktv with a surround sound setup and FIOS because in her words optimum cable was slow and she could run faster than the internet speeds. Very proud, and now she is a great grandmother and gets to show my boys just how very cool she is, she even games a bit, a 93 year old games!
Granny K29 for Life!
Grandma pure legend! My grandma took me to Walgreens to make sure her meds were right!
i absolutely LOST it when our man in THailand started dancing. 😂😂😂 pure gold
Nice twerking too 😂
Glad you get a sponsor man, when Raid comes to you, you know you made it
F thoes Raid mofos
I was born in 1982 and I am modeled by such movies like Bloodsport, Commando, Rambo, Lethal Weapon, Die Hard, Mortal Kombat and many, many others.
💪💪💪
You have been molded by Gods.
Me too. Born in 80. Looking forward to the Boomers dying so we can take our country back
Ahh you were blessed!!!
Commando
I remember my dad took me to see Carlito's Way, The Fugitive, Cliffhanger and Demolition Man. 93 was so great for kick as movies. Demolition Man is in my top 10 of 90's action films to me. It's one of Stallone's best.
Your dad was a cool dude.
1993 was a very good year for films. I can watch Carlito's way all day.
@@willmuny9201 1995 was another great year but I didn't think the other guy could only name 4 films from 1993. To complete the film that trumps 1995 was Jurassic Park, Schindler's List, Jason Goes to Hell, Falling Down, Mrs Doubtfire, Judgment Night, Army of Darkness, Last Action Hero, Hard Target, The Firm, In the Line of Fire, True Romance etc and on top of what the other guy's 1993 list already.
@@willmuny9201 No need to apologise, we just chatting. But there's no way 1995 is the greatest year??? You mean in film history or just in the 1990s? The fact no film in 1995 no matter how great can ever hope to top the lasting appeal of Schindler's List and Jurassic Park - two films that outstrips anything from 1995. The top box office film of 1995 was Die Hard 3 with $360M, well Shindler's List beat that and the film wasn't even the top film of 1993. Kinda sounds like not a lot of people went to the flicks in 1995 if $360M was the best number, yet you still claim it as the best year? Just remember you have Waterworld and Batman Forever in your team.
Legend has it, he still hasn't reloaded that beretta.
One of the best documentaries I've ever seen.
I swear, you are without a shadow of a doubt, the best movie reviewer on RUclips - my gut nearly exploded 🤣🤣🤣
Absolutely a fact!
Very true I will literally take a 35 minute break in the bathroom every time lol
He needs to make like 10 times more videos review shows, comercials, games everything 🤣
The most prophetic movie I have ever seen. I was in highschool when I saw this movie and was disgusted by how pansy, pretentious and frail the people are when they encounter John Spartan
But lo and behold we now see this kind of people in todays society
Yep. A bunch of people that are hurt by words, don’t wanna get dirty, and blame everyone but themselves for their problems.
Jup. the 90's were correct about Millenials and what they would do. Now lets hope that when Gen Z grown up it will be different. although with Millenials in charge i doubt it.
@@RK-cj4oc unfortunately it seems that gen z are worse from the looks of it.
@@RK-cj4oc Im a millenial dad but Im nothing like these people. I think the problem nowadays stem from the lack of morals, personal accountability and maturity.
Hate to sound political but you can see thru govt and media on what kind of influence they feed the younger generation.
The issues we have here in America are so overblown with this woke crap compared to S east Asia the country I came from, that its also blatant its a form of brain washing and demoralization.
@@ChaseNada Of course bro. Gen Z were raised by millenials. Of course the " mainstream" is now based on millenial culture. But most Gen Z is growing up during the cost of living crisis Weak people create hard times. Hard times create tough people.
This is one of my all time favorite action movies. Saw it in the theater. I've often referred to it as prophetic.
Space Ice is the historian that our times needed. The only downfall to this history lesson was the lack of mentioning that this was both Sandra Bullock’s breakout role, but also the best performance ever written for her.
I love the lawyer from Con-Air reference because it’s so true.
I lost it at the elevator/no elevator in it/door opening to a shaft bit when he said, "How the fuck did this place ever pass inspection!?"!!! Lololol That's 💯💯💯💯!
you are fined one half credit for a violation of the Verbal Morality Statute
love seeing this channel getting the subs its deserves, ive been here since about 20k subs and its one of the best on youtube, bravo ice,you deserve it buddy.
This is one of my top fav movies alongside Robocop and Terminator. Wesley Snipes is freakin awesome.
Literally the only channel I’ll watch the sponsor ads and not skip due to the awesome voiceover work, love it.
I'm re-Binge watching your channel.
Every Stallone, Van Damme, seagull is pure gold!
Well done!
Love this! This is one of those movies that was weird and awesome when it came out and is only weirder and more awesome today.
First timer ever watching a promotion, bro your hillarious. you've accomplished the impossible.
This movie is one of my favorites. Great film that aged fantastically.
I just stumbled on to your channel and have watched about 4 of these so far.....dude, subscribed. Funny ass shit haha.
I watched so many of these I'm on a first name basis with him I call him Space!! 😜👈 and that ices it!!! Right Space?
Hahaha.. 3:45 "rides around in a weiner" that one actually made me laugh out loud. Man, I love your videos, Space Ice. I love being able to come to RUclips and find one of my favorite content creators and actually laugh and feel better. It won't cure cancer, maybe, anyways, but laughter really is the best medicine.
I never laughed at a Raid Shadow Legends sponsor spot before in my life. This one was completely hilarious I had to stop eating my food so I could laugh at what you were saying. Other youtubers treat it as the most serious thing ever.
F thoes Raid mofos
FlashGitz does amazing sponsor segments. They’re almost better than the main videos.
Check out internet historian
Space ice is probably my favorite movie critic I've never cried laughing at the way he talks everytime this man must be protected at all costs
This movie is a documentary at this point.
Absofuckinglutley.
I remember watching it in 1995 when I was 7. Hard to predict which movies will become iconic and which will remain relatively obscure.
DUDE!!!!! You're a bloody legend!!!!!! You actually got me to not skip the ad!!!!!...... actually I did start to skip, reflex, but then I heard your voice and oh so freaking hilarious witty remarks and I watched said ad from the beginning!!!!
If it makes me forget Rocky V it's the best THING ever.
Nothing can EVER make me forget Rocky V
@@crappyfilmfans it has a robot 🤫
It was not that bad come on
@@greenkoopa wasn't that rocky iv
I think Rocky V has lot of important scenes for the main character, his evolution and it has interesting narrative. The scene at the gym, where Rocky is thinking about Mic, his arguing with Adrian, etc. Lot of great scenes so Rocky V is not that bad.
Demolition man was a warning from a time traveler of what the future would be like. No one listened.
majority of ppl are plebs, morons, ofc they didnt take heed
And now we are here
Too fucking true, lmao.
Yeah, I know. My fines for cursing even in private have been astronomical.
So glad they’re now freezing convicts and violence is all but unknown.
The fuck?
I see shit like this and wonder, is it enjoyable being this fucking stupid? I sure hope so.
I still have this on VHS as a collectors item, love this movie
I have told so many people that the building explodes for no reason at the end!!!! No one believes me!!! FINALLY A VIDEO WITH THE TRUTH!!!!!
Just recently discovered this channel. I love Demolition Man, I watch it at least once a year. Showing to people that didn't get grow up in the 90s. Also, I really enjoyed the original xXx with Vin Diesel. That was an amazing comedy.
I may have watched this movie more than 100 times. Legendary movie and one of the best out there
I had this movie on VHS. I watched it on repeat growing up.
I’ll never forget Rocky v , greatest film of all time
You are absolutely awesome space ice😂😂😂😂
That is the best In-Video commercial I have evar seeeeeeeen.
OMG, I was rollin'
Well done.
Ok this is the first sponsored ad link I’ve spontaneously applauded at. Well played Space Ice, well played. I’m so glad to see this channel growing, quality content, quality film 😂

*even though Space Ice showed footage clearly from the American version, he shows his mastery of editing by using a single frame from the Australian version*
*FUCK YEAH*
That's deep. Respect to the man
Wow, that's a cool factoid thanks for pointing that out. It's crazy you even noticed that, what did you watch both versions and remember the differences?
Aussie version has Pizza Hut instead of Taco Bell.
Complete with weird dubbing of when people say Taco Bell, replaced with Pizza Hut.
@@SetarcosDrol nah I've seen the US version a million times and have seen the Pizza Hut for the Ozzies before
I STILL love this movie. One of my top action movies. Cast was brilliant. Snipes was EPIC. He truly LOVED being evil. Always hoped this flick would get a sequel. And, as someone above stated, ahead of its time.
Damn! I've been waiting for a channel like this for ages, and now I see I got something better off than what I was expecting!
I've always loved Friendly's speech about what he wants and how's he's seen the future and it's 'a 47 year old virgin sitting around in his beige pajamas sipping a bannana-broccoli shake and singing "I'm an Oscar Myer Weiner".'
Honestly one of my top 5 fav movies of all-time. A fun, fish out of water action/Sci-fi/comedy. Wesley snipes looked like he had the time of his life playing simon phoenix
I loved this movie so much as a kid, I actually bought the video game for SNES. Probably should have bought Street Fighter instead, but you couldn't tell me nothing in that time period.
I can’t lie you have slowly become one of my favorite movie reviewers ..”and quite possibly the most bad ass movie critic of all time!” 🤙🤣💯
You Tube's algorithm took me to this channel randomly and now this is my favorite channel
This is the first video of yours I've watched, can't stop laughing. Definitely going to subscribe and see what else you've got.
Honestly, this is one of my favorite movies. It is the best interpretation of what the future is. Afraid to touch, everything hurts everyone’s feelings, and the music sucks.
Snitch lines and euthanasing senior citizens
That's pretty spot on now that I think about it. Fuck, now I really want to go back. Sure, it'll suck without having my 60-inch flat screen and the internet at my fingertips, but the awesomeness of the 90s will all make up for it! I wish I realized at the time that the 90s were going to be the last great decade, I would've appreciated it more at the time.

The video is great, but can we take a second to appreciate how great the ad read is?
May you never stop making these , I absolutely love you and your channel partner!
A huge congratulations for your success Space Ice! I knew you were going to blow up when you were under 5,000 subs and I'm stoked that it took so little time. The world desperately needs more laughter and less stress and hate. Your videos never let me down so thanks for the dopamine bro!
"Then the guy who got clowned by Tim Robbins actualy has the nerve to give him lip "
You are a treasure my good sir. I'm dying already and haven't even finished watching this yet. You deserve a million subs.
13:15 hold on a second: how come The Shredder's No.1 henchman is at the back watching like he is the boss of the crew, while the actual boss is putting in work? 😂😂
The movie is unironically avant garde. I hadn't seen it since I was way too young to see it back when it came out on VHS, and omg the retroactive nostalgia brought on by a movie treating the 90s like a distant past while simultaneously getting a lot of things right about the future (through a dramatized lens of course) was an absolute mindtrip in 2021. Even the nudie call Spartan gets is being cast from his handheld device to the TV in his room. They predicted dongle casting! How??
I had such a great time watching this film. Pure fun and great action. Stallone and Snipes kill it in their roles.
Modern day Los Angeles 100% accurate. 😅🤣😂
00:50 I bet Seagal watched this is took inspiration from Stallone being able to steer bullets with his sheer awesomeness, thought he could pull it off, ends up failing miserably and thats how we ended up with his signature "shoot without looking" M.O we get in all his movies😂😂😂
Classic Action movie.. one of the best.
👋😎 masterpiece 💯 thank you so much for making me and everyone laugh 😂 our asses off🙏🙏👍
90's was the best f-ing decade to be a child having all these bad/awesome movies to watch.
Ngl this is still one of my favourite movies🤣 and also kinda crazy how the dystopian future stuff is slowly looking more like our future more and more each day.
This movie gets better and better every year that goes by
Ive been on my back bed ridden with a bad case of the flu, been isolating in our guest room so i dont spread it to my wife and kids, and have been depressed for 3 days. Then i found this channel and have been laughing my ass off all through the night. These videos are going to get me over the hump.
Also, i was a teen in the 90s and it was as awesome as this movie. And no actress today was as hot as 90s sandra bullock.
you are fined one credit for a violation of the Verbal Morality Statute
4:56 ...😂Never noticed till you pointed it out, but now it reminds me of the scene from Little Rascals when they sat on each other's shoulders and dressed up as Amish guys to rob a bank😂
This is definitely one of my favorite action movies of all time!
I still say "you're on TV" is one of the greatest action one liners in history
Yeah back then they had to actually blow a actual building up but now if this movie was made that building would more than likely be CGI.
"So that he can rescue Snipes... by throwing him to safety" lolololol
his movies never die.
