CANADIANS Dont Want INDIANS

  • Every community has its share of bad people, but right now, Indians in Canada are facing a lot of hate. Indians are criticizing each other, which makes things worse. Canadians are starting to dislike Indians because of this. Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has also restricted immigration to get more votes from Canadians who are worried about too many immigrants. This mix of problems is making it very hard for Indians in Canada. It's really important for the Indian community to come together and support each other. If we don't act now, things could get even worse, making it harder to find acceptance and build a good future in Canada.

We shouldn't complain about the racism happening against Indians. It was bound to happen sooner or later, but it started pretty soon. Why does the Indian community always become the target of racism? We need to think about it. These new immigrants don't integrate into the culture; they take things for granted and think the host country is India and that the native citizens need to follow our rules. So it's understandable that racism is happening because we don't teach the manners and rules that should be followed in another country.
As a Tuber, what you can do, is make a video and talk about the Rules, the culture of a host country, and how we respect women.

Too many Indians here in Canada. The problem is that if any Indian gets into a hiring position in a company, they only hire other Indians, whether they deserve it or not. Other communities are not getting jobs, even student jobs. Student jobs are also given to Indians by Indian citizens here. This is pretty unfair. Plus, students are only allowed to work 20 hours per week, but many Indian students are also doing cash jobs in addition to their 20 hours, which is illegal. Many students coming from India cannot speak proper English. It's unclear on what criteria they are being continuously accepted.

So they're not really the ones with the poor civic behviour in the big cities in France, at least. The ones in the small towns of France are more likely to be general labourers coming from poorer backgrounds and lacking in education. They may not even have proper legal status in France neither. It's also here what is causing the lack of civic sense I think.

It is true that some indians are spreading nuisance outside india and they fight amongst themselves only. Not just in Canada, this situation is everywhere like in Singapore, UAE, USA, Australia etc. Being an Indian, I also faced this kind of situation when I was in Dubai. For example, a company where majority of south indians are working will not consider resume of north indian people and vice a versa. One of my friends also faced this kind of situation at workplace where he was only Gujarati person and others were from south india. They used to communicate in their local language instead of English at meetings and they used to assign him work by communicating orally in their local language and they completely isolated him at workplace. He resigned from there within 3-4 months. Actually, we indians need to change this attitude of ourselves. It doesn’t matter if we are here in India or in any other country. We should respect each other and we should respect culture of every countries instead of chanting “our culture is the only best” and this is the major issue. My intent is not to blame indians here but I am just highlighting the issue which actually exists.

May be they insisting on speaking hindi because they don’t know the local language. And not knowing local language is not a crime. If people from other state come there then local people should not isolate them just because they dont know specific language. Before north indian and south indian, you are indian. We should not fight on the basis of languages and all. If other person has language gap then why dont we try to bridge that gap first? We need to change our mentality first rather than balming anyone. Just because someone asks to speak in Hindi because he or she doesn’t know the local language doesn’t mean he or she is doing a crime. And Local people can choose to communicate in local language with native people there. It’s anyway their choice and we cant force anyone to learn a specific language. We have no right to ask them why they don’t know a specific language or why they are not learning. And similarly, if they do these things then its their mistake.

We were flooded with immigrants, we DO NOT have the capacity, and Canadians are being hurt by the massive influx of people. Housing is impossible, jobs are not going to our youth, and our culture is seriously suffering. Canada used to be a very beautfiul quiet place, with a rich culture that people respected, but we're clearly being taken advantage of. This is OUR home, or used to be.The people who are here were not vetted, at all, and have no idea what Canada used to be like. This is such a great video! Thank you so much for speaking up.
I think we should also point out that why is this racism only coming out right now when Indians have been immigrating to this country for a very long time.
Let's reframe the topic as I was just telling my cousin that the reality is that the Indians that immigrated here many years ago were very decent and honest hard-working people.
Some of their honesty would shock most of us today. But they would do things such as saving their Bell Canada bills, bank statements, bank books (many now don't even know this), receipts, etc. They were extremely family-oriented people I never played loud music like The Bhangra that we see by most Amazon delivery drivers. They took care of their lawn, homes, property, and were so neighborly. They drove carefully, stood in line, were patient, They were always known to be very dedicated and loyal people and took nothing for granted.
I'm amazed at all the Indians that are coming nowadays and not having the same values as their parents or grandparents I wish they would learn some manners like the previous generation because it's not like they don't know them they just refused to follow them and the sad part is the elderly generation is probably suffering more than anybody else

  • @patrickmoan4086
    @patrickmoan4086 3 месяца назад +23

It's ironic that this video is a mixture of English and Punjab (?). The simple fact is that Canadian governments at all levels are on board with taking a 2015 population of 35M Canadians and turning it into a population of 100 million by end of century (or sooner). Most of those 65 million people will come from India. It's an insane policy, but one that sufficient numbers of people in power have bought into .
As a computer science major, I've worked with Indians for years, and have had very nice relationships. A few years ago, I would have said that I could care less if my children married an Indian. At this point, however, I feel completely different. Everywhere I turn in Halifax, Nova Scotia I hear Punjabi, or some other Indian language. Indians are everywhere, and I never signed up to live in India. It's deeply alienating as it's not my culture. I now deeply resent the presence of Indians in Halifax. It's not a racial thing. It's a cultural thing. I value my own western European cultural and have no interest being immersed in either Indian or Chinese culture. Indians would feel the same way if say Ireland had 1.4 billion people rather than 5 million, and Ireland started sending millions of Irish people to India each year.
You're numbers are overwhelming. I see little to avoid the reality that people will resent your increased presence in Canada. Many Canadians are leaving the country as you arrive in such large numbers every day. One of my own family members has already left, and my wife and I will leave within the next 12 months (returning to the US). In 50 years time, there will be nothing recognizable about Canada. I was in the Halifax airport last night and the majority of people were Indian - And all this is a rapid change less than 4 years old in Halifax.
Don't expect people to smile about this or treat you with kindness. People do resent your increased presence. At some point, people don't care that the Canadian government created this clusterf*ck. At the end of the day, they are listening to you speak languages other than English with your differing values regarding women and other cultural norms (e.g., acceptance of shoving a dozen Indians into an apartment designed to accommodate 3 people). They are watching you take all the service jobs because companies get a tax break for hiring "temporary foreign workers" etc. You're increased numbers puts additional strain on an already frayed health care system. And increasingly Indians in Canada feel entitled to stay even if their visas are not renewed. Those attitudes win no allies.
No other country has gone through this kind of massive, irreversible demographic change.
Hopefully you've found this feedback provides some insight into the mindset you're reporting back to Indians (as evidenced by the fact you're not speaking English).
It's a sad situation for both Indians and those Canadians who are overwhelmed by the dramatic, unprecedented increase in people who hold very different cultural values. Again, if the rolls were reversed, you'd likely feel no different.
My advice is for Indians to stop coming to Canada to set up a new life. We've got too many people here already.
    Regards,
    Patrick Moan

I am an immigrant who has lived in Canada for almost 24 years. It was a wonderful country that we enjoyed when we arrived here. It has suddenly changed totally in the last few years, resembling an Indian area. When we arrived here, we accepted and loved Canadian culture, from which we learned a great deal. Now, Indians want to bring their culture to this country and be proud of doing all those nasty things openly. My Canadian-born children are unemployed; even after completing a university degree, they are unable to obtain positions at Canadian Tire or Walmart since these jobs are all dominated by Indian students, and one student is doing at least 2-3 jobs. In that way, one Indian student is essentially displacing three Canadian-born students from their professions. Trudeau and his advisors are completely ignorant; they have damaged this country, actually destroyed this beautiful, peaceful, and resourceful country. Everything is short here now, even roads, buildings, schools, parks, beaches, groceries, etc.

I’m now parking in the street parking in front of my house. I use to have white neighbours and we all keep garbage bins in the garage. Now the new Punjabi neighbour put them in the patch beside my house which is theirs and I see squirrels opening the bins. I told them repeatedly to cover the bins as they are unsightly when I open my door plus attracts animals but they told me I can build a fence. Then they have so many cars but they don’t want to park😢 in their driveway but park them in street parking all around them so now the once nice road are all filled with cars. Now I park my car in the street so I don’t see their car in front of my house as they are taking over the neighborhood. On top of that they don’t follow garbage bin rules but put their bins next to mine on collection and I have been given warning because of their violations. They don’t clean all the leaves from their trees in the fall ending in my driveway being flooded when spring thaw comes. I miss my former neighbour who was not friendly but at least had respect for us as he even cleaned up the leaves from his trees falling into my property and he had cars but parked them in his driveway just like me neighbour in the other side. Now I want to sell this house but I’ve been here for 20 years and it isn’t fair that they come to our neighborhood and just ruin it. If they wanted lots of parking and share rooms, why don’t they buy acreages so they don’t inconvenience their neighbours.

Canada was built by immigrants over the years and they are very much integrated with us to figure out who they're talking to or seeing. The problem is the new canadian generation growing up watching all this drama unfolding cuz to them we are all the same unfortunately. I empathize with my fellow Indians and I urge everyone to remain calm and focus on your goals, be responsible and take care of the South Asian community. No one wants Canada to turn into another US.

I do wish the best for Canada as well. I hope that Canadians would get much better aware about the realities or else they might keep harming themselves by not addressing the actual issues. I'm sure that things can get better in Canada if the masses would work on it properly. If the housing costs are higher then it's because other Canadians who own those properties are choosing to increase those prices and not the people coming from outside Canada. @Harmeet, first of all-Kudos to you for gathering the courage to even think of presenting such a sensitive topic as an immigrant in the light of all the delicate Socio-Cultural-Economic-Geo-Political situations existing in both the countries & across the globe. This is a very sensitive topic, which you've dealt with enough sense & sensibility+maturity & responsibility-as during some previous other vlogs of yours. It just shows that you-as an Indian immigrant have respect towards both countries and people from varied backgrounds that reside in these countries. The message was Crystal Clear and conveyed with utmost frankness without hurting the sentiments of any individuals/groups/communities/religions. That's your Unique Skill. Thanks. It sounded non-scripted and candid; hence sounded all the more impactful. Good job.
Your USP: You aren't Selfish like many other Indian vloggers settled in CANADA/any other part of the world who aren't bothered with any such matters-until they or their families have to face VISA/Immigrantion-related issues. Their vlogs seem SELFISH-which primarily focus on family life/wealth show-off.
Hope that this particular vlog is listened to and implemented by many...with equal sensibility & responsibility as you have conveyed it.

This has really pissed local people as food banks are for those who cannot genuinely afford food and as an international student its expected that you have enough funds to not only fund your own education but also living.
And we all have seen things that happen in Brampton/Mississuaga during Diwali and other festivals where groups are fighting or creating rukus.
Naturally this scares Canadians that their culture is changing.

In 2004 I wrote a somewhat famous article called 'Top 8 reasons not to immigrate to Canada'. In short, the Canadian authorities tried to destroy my life. They made it so that I could not be employable in Canada. So I moved to the U.S. in 2005 and then some years later I moved permanently to the Philippines. I am happy that so many years later videos like yours are saying essentially the same things that I did. I was ahead of my time. I will never go back to Canada. Not to live, not to visit, not even a connecting flight. Too cold, too expensive, taxes are astronomical, no culture, no freedom, no jobs, no opportunities, only modern slavery, worst healthcare system, unbearable political correctness, crime infested/drug infested, xenophobic people, too depressing. It has become a North Korea style dictatorship in the western world.
There are many reasons why Canada has fallen apart. But the number one reason is ‘multiculturalism’. My friends, multiculturalism simply does not work. Different cultures do not come together and mix, different cultures come together and clash. The world is divided into different countries for a reason: because people hate each other and only want to be with their own kind. The number two reason for Canada’s demise is ‘socialism’. In this modern era of aging populations, it is mathematically impossible for socialism to continue. The government does not have the money to take care of old people and provide healthcare, pensions, welfare, unemployment benefits, disability benefits and the numerous other programs, even with the astronomical taxation that burdens hard working Canucks. Well Canada, you had a good run. Time for Canucks to move to an emerging country. We welcome you here in Southeast Asia.
Multiculturalism destroys the fabric and identity of a country. Socialism bankrupts a country.

@@spaceteapot yes and hopefully we can be the change we want to see. We can strive to always remain polite to all strangers we meet and also cultivate some tolerance and patience towards even racist attitudes, keeping our faith alive that ultimately there are more non racists in the world than racists. Let people have their racist beliefs if they need to. It doesn't have to define every Indian in the world. I'm willing to go out of my way to be kind even in situations of racial tension. It's a great spiritual practice in fact.

they are facing a lot of hate is because some are so rude that they don't even say excuse me they just push nor follow the rules or the laws in placed, Not only that most Canadians lost their jobs and who takes them? That is why more Canadians are being homeless, if Canada stop giving them jobs this wouldn't be an issue, they are suppose to support themselves before entering Canada but most come in with false papers and Canada doesn't notice. Canada is losing the identity Canada should put a cap long time ago.

Had someone say, “look at those shits, they must have just come back from taking a shit on Lake Ontario” while standing outside our condo. Happened last week. It’s happening on the streets already. Time for us to grow a thick skin.

I hate the defence of Canadians in the comments. This is true that attempting to unite is a valid responce. Better than being divided. Hopefully the community listens to you because at this point matters look bleak that we see so many hatred against hindus comments at the top. Bharat must impose sanctions against Canadian products and deny them visas. It doesn't make sense to be friendly to a country that treats Bharatis so badly.

I have been on both side of the coin. Initially when we moved from Singapore we literally were shocked to see how people dirty around.
I had received racist comments from my neighbour who thought it was okay to party till 3in night with loud music playing and when we called the cops we suddenly became the bad guys. We were residing in row condominium at that time.
Few days back we were visiting Grimsby. Mind it we are Indian too, we saw few Indians polluting surroundings.
    1) Kept drinking beer and left the beer cans on the beach. My daughter and me picked it up and threw it in trash. which was 10meters away. She is 8 years old kid and she did the cleaning for a person who didn’t mind polluting the surrounding. And was arrogant enough not to clean after him.
    2) There were clear sign boards not to step into private properties but one could take pictures from outside. But there were people (Indians) who moved into private properties to take pictures.
Common people be aware of your surroundings. Just because of these things we and our community is being pointed out.

How will that solve our problem? Only if we start accepting that certain things are our basic responsibility. We can change this for our community.
